New, fully equipped condo in the heart of downtown Kelowna with free parking!!!
This fully equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, plus den condo is in an amazing downtown location a block from the beach with full access to a pool, hot tub, BBQ's, pool tables, a gym, & more! The pool is open from May long weekend until about the end of September. There are restaurants, bars, parks, beaches, & trails footsteps away!
This brand new, resort style condo has a large private ground floor deck to relax on. It has a queen bed in both bedrooms and a queen bed in the nook/den area. The den does not have a door or a closet. It is appropriate for children or adventurous adults who don't mind a cozy sleeping space! This unit sleeps up to six at no additional charge.
There is a fully stocked kitchen for home cooking with a dishwasher, a washer and dryer, a flat screen TV with cable and Netflix, high speed wireless internet, a telephone with local calling, a secured underground parkade spot, a dining table and chairs for six people plus two bar stools, and a patio dining table and chairs for six There is brand new and luxurious furnishings, bedding, towels & pillow top mattresses throughout. There is shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, cleaning supplies, coffee, salt, pepper, and oil provided. Pool/beach towels are not provided. Please bring some from home if you think you might use the amenities or the beach!
Kelowna is a great year round destination spot with golfing, wineries, skiing, snow boarding, water sports, and beaches.

Guests have access to the Waterscapes Cascade Club with pool tables and space to read or relax, the large outdoor pool with lounge chairs (in the summer), two hot tubs (one open year round), a fully equipped gym with air conditioning, and poolside barbecues.

The condo is located two blocks north of the Delta Grand Okanagan Resort; across the street from Kelowna's Waterfront Park with a short walk to downtown with lots of shopping, restaurants, entertainment and nightlife. There is something for everyone, as Waterscapes is in the heart of the cultural district. Enjoy live theatre, attend the symphony, admire the local art galleries, or hit up the casino. Prospera Place, is steps away, where you can watch live concerts or local sports. Enjoy local award winning wineries by foot or visit many others by car throughout the Kelowna and West Kelowna areas. There are walking and biking trails nearby and a public marina with boat rentals.
It's just a short walk to most things you should need during your stay. Alternatively, the main city bus stop is a couple blocks away. Taxis are readily available as well.
Quiet time is from 10:00pm to 8:00am. There is no smoking inside the condo, in any common areas, or by the pool. There is a no alcohol policy by the pool and in any common areas. No pets allowed.

Provided with all the little details!
This condo was perfect for our stay for Super Series figure skating finals. Its only about a 10 minute drive to the Capital News centre - but close enough to walk down town to the shops. The owners provide all the little things that you need during your stay - which is such a bonus if you are flying rather than driving. The building was super quiet - anyone we ran into was super friendly. The teens loved the hot tub area, and I utilized the gym while there. Staying again a second time at the end of the month!
Excellent location and close to all amenities!
We had a great Christmas vacation with our kids and loved the condo. It was perfect for our family and was so close to restaurants and attractions. My F150 fit in the underground parking so that was very nice to have a warm truck.
The place was perfect for our needs. The owner was very accommodating and easy to deal with. My only one compliant was the bathroom fan had to run all day long and sounded like a train. I understand this was to keep the moisture out but I would have thought maybe some heat in the bathroom would have fixed this problem. When you went to get a towel out of the cupboard is was wet. Other than that I would highly recommend this place. Well stocked and centrally located. Thanks for the great stay.
Great stay at Waterscapes
We had a great stay. The check in process was smooth and the amenities were as described. We had no issues and we had a wonderful time. There is only one pool available in the winter (hot tub) and it gets quite packed at night, but the residents who lived there were more than happy to share with us!
The gym facilities are also well stocked and clean and have everything you would need. The condo is walking distance to the waterfront and to downtown Kelowna with lots of shops and restaurants. It is also walking distance to Calona wines, which was also very enjoyable.

Great condo, great location
This condo was everything we were looking for! The beds were great, nice and firm, the kitchen was well stocked, the dishwasher worked great, the underground parking was handy (once we used the correct door) and the designated spot was easy to get in and out of.
The pool and hot tub were great, very accessible and close to the condo, the location was perfect - within walking distance of pubs, restaurants, or just a walk along the lake.
Our favorite spot......the outdoor patio - we sat outside, sampled the wine we had purchased and played cards.
Overall, it was GREAT, we'll be back.
My family stayed for a few days in early September (2017). Stayed with a one year old so it was convenient being on the ground level. Condo is in a great location! We were able to walk to restaurants, grocery store and to the beach. Angela was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in Kelowna.
