Nice clean convenient place.
Clean cabin close to everything, will stay again
Great location and perfect size for the 4 of us.
We loved everything about the cabin!! It was nice to go away for the week and only have to bring our personal belongings. The location was excellent, as it was only minutes from Pigeon Forge. The neighborhood was very peaceful and we took several walks through the community. When we arrived, we went grocery shopping and made Easter dinner along with cooking out on the grill a couple times. The pool table and hot tub was a nice addition after a day of hiking or go-carts. I loved that when we left, we left with no laundry as there was a washer and dryer at the cabin.
It was perfect !!
My daughter had a competition in pigeon forge and it was our first time ever in this area ! I booked the cabin online just hoping it was as perfect as it looked!! And it was!! It wa Lps myself my husband and two younger children and my mother in law that stayed and it worked perfect for us!! We were there for 7 nights and didn’t want to leave!! It was clean and had all the extras you might possibly need! The owner was so friendly and always responded to any questions I had immediately! We will definitely be returning and staying here again if at all possible!!
The property is perfect and we didn't want to leave when checkout came.
Everything worked exactly as advertised. Cabin waa very clean when we arrived. Nothing needed repair. Even tho the property is in a cabin neighborhood of sorts, it still feels like you're out in the mountains away from everything. We will absolutely be using this cabin again.
A great location - with lots of amenities!
Some of the top things I search for are: Location, free WIFI, hot tub, King Size bed(s), and pets friendly / pets considered. This cabin offers all of these at fair rate! The hot tub was nice and clean when we arrived. James indicated to me that the cleaning ladies refill it after each visit! The rest of the cabin was nice and clean as well. Loved the fireplace during our cold weather visit. I earned my polar-bear badge by getting in the nice and warm hot tub with outside temperature of 29 degrees, blowing wind and snowing! I loved it!
Some of the best restaurants in Pigeon Forge are only minutes away! My wife did not want to go out one evening- so I went to the Old Mill Restaurant and got meat & vegetables dinners to-go! Depending on what you get there - you might want to split one! The dinner portions are huge and include salad and desert! Another place - f you looking for a nice, clean place to wet-your-whistle -try the Smokey Mountain Brewery in Pigeon Forge. About 8-10 minutes from the cabin. They have their own on-site brewery and offer an ultra-light brew (called Mountain Light) that is very low in carbs & sugars. If you like hot wings -try the highly rated Thunder Sauce. It is a bit spicy and they will offer to put sauce on the side or smother them.
Lastly, if you have a sweet-tooth like my wife has - you must try the Big Orange Soak old fashioned pound cake at J.T. Hannah's restaurant! The name itself doesn't do it justice. I never tasted any orange - but it comes out is soaked in a caramel soak sauce and comes with vanilla bean ice cream! Wife & I said it has to be the best cake we have ever had, Warning - you will gain a pound or two just from the aroma of this dessert! One huge portion is plenty for 2 people.
If you have a small dog, as we do - the street this cabin is on is fairly level and offered the ability of a quick walk. I also recommend visiting Patriot Park in the Old Mill district. Dog friendly and a very large paved walking path. As always - please pick up after your pooch!
In conclusion, comparing this cabin to others we have visited over the years - this one has more to offer. We are already trying to decide when we can come back! (Between now and then - I have got to walk-off all the extra pounds I put on!)
Nice, quiet location but close to everything
Overall this was a good place, but not great. We had plenty of room for two couples, but it was lacking a little bit in supplies. There should have been a few extra towels per bathroom, but there were none. Also, there was no dishrag or dish towels in the kitchen area. There was a slight cleanliness issue in the master bathroom- we arrived to splatters on the wall around the sink. Also, the extra bedding/ blanket in the master closet had been pitched in there wadded up. It just made me think there was not enough attention to detail. We are not picky people or germaphobes so we handled it and had a great time.
Pigeon Forge is near the gateway to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Numerous outlet malls bring visitors from all over the eastern United States. And if you are looking for a place to eat out, there are restaurants that can be found for just about any taste. Golf, putt-putt golf, Dollywood, Nascar (gocart) tracks, fishing, shows, museums, you name it and you can just about find it in or near Pigeon Forge.
