Dig your toes in the beautiful, sugar-like sand situated in front of our luxurious beach home. Watch the bald eagles soar over head (they have a nest across the street) and watch the dolphins jump out of the water early in the morning and again at sunset. It is spectacular! Effortlessly walk down the boardwalk from the yard, and nestle yourself in a chair on the dunes to enjoy breath-taking views of the subtle waves and the ever-changing sunsets, or grab something to drink and hang out on the deck and enjoy the breathtaking views. We renovated this beautiful property in early 2016, and the home feels brand new on the inside, with completely redone kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms.

This 1650 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage is located directly on the beach, and can sleep 6 people. With sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico, a large open deck, and steps to a brand new boardwalk that goes out to the beach, this is the perfect place to get some rest and relaxation.

About Kate & Garrett

My husband and I are serial entrepreneurs currently living in the Silicon Valley. While we have traveled all around the world, the Cape San Blas area and beaches create a sense of tranquility and seclusion, which is unlike any other place. When we're not working feverishly, we're on the beach enjoying the sugar-like sand, watching for dolphins and eagles from our porch, and dipping into warm ocean water during the summer. We also LOVE the 'off season' because it's quiet, relaxing, and there's always a good sunset to catch- it's the best time to visit the house.

We recently purchased this home near Cape San Blas in late 2014 and immediately began renovating and remodeling the home, bringing all the luxuries of home, to our beach home. We fell in love with ocean, the tranquility, and the amazing sunsets years ago, while visiting my husband's family over the holidays two years ago. While we have traveled all over the world, we've found that the Cape San Blas area is one of our favorite places to be! Owning this home is our dream come true, and we look forward to sharing it with your family!

With the gorgeous and surreal daily sunsets, an unforgettable view of the beach and ocean, and the opportunity to see wild dolphins, countless species of birds, and the ability to comb the beach for sand dollars and shells at a moments notice, buying this home was one of the most satisfying decisions we made.

Clean and Perfect

very clean and a perfect location on quiet beach. this spot was perfect for my kids as it's so quiet and felt extremely safe there. Not sure how anyone could say the place wasn't clean- I found the place to be spotless. t's a great value for being right on the beach and highly recommend it.

Condo as described

Stay was great, it was the after part that was horrible for us! We left a pair of boots, I emailed multiple times inquiring about them, got one response that she didn't hear anything from cleaners about finding them . I asked again a bit later, then my son remembered where he put them. I emailed again, no reply about it for weeks. My trip was feb 24 weekend. Got an email today saying they'd check again. Over a month later. As of today we still haven't gotten our deposit back. Got an email today that she was sorry some program error and it's now processing. Fine, except that we've emailed and called multiple times from end of February until now April 5 asking how and when to expect our deposit. Once they got our money and our stay, they had no interest in responding. Definitely not easy, quick, or efficient people to work

Owner's Response: Hi Kristen, I am so sorry that you had a bad experience. That is absolutely not what we want for any of our guests. There is absolutely no excuse for the lack of response on our end. Since your stay, we have fired the property manager that was in charge of this home and now my husband and I are personally managing every aspect on our own. I can assure you that this will never happen again. In regards to the boots that you lost, I want to sincerely apologize that our housekeepers did not find them on the property. I know how frustrating that can be. If you want to give us another shot, I'm happy to provide 20% off your next stay at our beautiful home. It sounds like the time you spent at the house was wonderful and it was just the lack of response after your stay that left you frustrated. We have since taken care of this issue and should no longer have this problem with other guests. As you can see from the other reviews, we care deeply about our guests and their experience. Awesome Christmas vacation!

The cottage was well taken care of, had all the amenities we needed and more, gulf front with easy and private beach access. We couldn't have asked for more, truly. The home is managed by the owners which I always prefer because they take better care of the home and care more about the guests. I would highly recommend this home and the owners. Top notch and affordable. Thank you for a lovely Christmas vacation!

Great home, Great Location, Beautiful beach!

We absolutely had a blast while we stayed in this home. The home has been remodeled, well-taken care of. You can't tell it's a rental, which is really nice. There are two cottages on the property - they are not attached like a duplex is, but they are close to one another. We didn't mind this since the price was so reasonable compared to other homes in the area. We could not get a beachfront home for close to this price anywhere else. The beach is absolutely beautiful. Totally vacant which is so nice! It's like you have the whole beach to yourself. The neighborhood is one of the nicest on the Cape/Indian Pass area. It's a wealthier neighborhood in my opinion and the homes are well-kept. Cape San Blas is nice, but the houses are right on top of each other. This neighborhood is spread out which means a nice vacation without people stepping all over you.

The fishing was great off the beach, the kids went snorkeling, we went kayaking in the bay, went into town for good food (Check out the Krazy Fish Grille & Bar - GREAT Pina Colada's and food). We already booked our vacation back here. Really love the owners. They were so sweet when we had a minor problem and were quick to fix it. We couldn't ask for more. Thank you, Kate, Garrett & Sarah!

Well stocked, beautiful home. Really loved the location and the beach. Cottage was recently remodeled and you can tell! Owners really put a lot of effort into the home and the furnishings. There are 2 cottages on the same property but they are not physically attached. This provides enough privacy for any family and we immensely enjoyed our stay. Would 100% recommend the management company, the owners, and this property.
