Perfect beach getaway weekend!
We were happily impressed by our stay in Rehoboth Beach. The townhome was everything we needed for two families (and small children). We enjoyed the amenities and a great hangout space. The first open-floor plan makes this a great space to hang out. The two bathrooms upstairs make it easy for more than one group to share the unit. Thank you for the great weekend!
Very comfortable and spacious.
Quiet community. Right off the beaten path but close to everything. Short drive to beach and boardwalk.
cute and practical
We stayed for a week, and the house fit all of our needs. Everything we needed was there, including a beach umbrella and some chairs. The pool pass was awesome and a nice getaway from the sand of the beach. We loved both patio areas and enjoyed coffee in the morning outside. The parking pass for downtown was a lifesaver! We were able to get close parking for the beach each time we went down.
Summer 2017 - recommend but with some cautions
The townhome is nice but to call is luxury is a stretch. The screen door was broken on the back patio, it doesn't close, and the finishes are not done well. The front door spring kept coming off every time we opened the door. Under shelf lighting is held up with duct tape, the sponge drawer under the sink hangs open, and it was not as clean as we were expecting. Overall a great location but would lower expectations if you are thinking of renting it as a luxury or high end place to stay. Pluses were the quietness, and again great location with tennis and swimming. We felt very safe however lock your car doors, we usually do, but forgot one night and a large bag of quarters we used for downtown parking had been stolen from our vehicle in the night. Nothing else was taken from the car.
Our vacation stay here was one we will not forget - Kathleen was so prepared for our arrival and we can not thank her enough, everything was there that we could possibly need.. Her place was very neat and clean and as our 1st time doing a home away we were very impressed.
the beach, outlet shopping, fine restaurants, a short drive away.
