Clean poolside condo, a half block to the beach.

Cozy 1BR/1BA condo, newly remodeled with everything new. 1/2 block to the beach, located in the north/east end of Cape May. Short walk or bike ride to downtown shops and dining. Sleeps a maximum of 5. Off-street parking, large heated pool open May through October, outdoor shower, spacious outdoor patio with gas grills. Coin-op laundry on premises. All new kitchen and appliances with DISHWASHER, full-size range with self-cleaning oven, microwave oven, full-size refrigerator with BUILT-IN ICEMAKER. The kitchen is also supplied with a coffee maker, ice tea maker, toaster oven, plus ample dishes, glassware, silverware, cutlery, pots and pans, cooking utensils and more. All new furniture, including expandable dinette table with room for six, queen-size sleeper sofa, new queen bed with new pillow-top mattress, and pull-out twin size trundle bed. Brand new quiet ceiling fans in both rooms. New contemporary bathroom with plenty of storage for travel toiletries. Other amenities include a 55" flat-panel TV with smart-TV capability in the living room, a 36" flat panel TV in the bedroom, 2 DVD players, HD Cable and hi-speed wifi internet. Two beach chairs & umbrella, and an assortment of classic board games. Blankets, bedspreads and plenty of pillows included (guest provides all sheets and towels).

About Steve & Dean Eson

We have over 15 years' experience in both innkeeper hospitality and tenant rentals. As owners, we live only about 90 minutes away, and use our condo in the off-season when it's not being used by our rental guests. It's not just another beat-up shore property. We keep it clean and well-maintained, and the condominium management company does a great job operating the building. We're very comfortable staying here and hope you will be too. Why Steve & Dean Eson chose Cape May

We purchased this property because of its convenient access to the the beach and close (but not too close!) proximity to downtown. It's small but comfortable, with good parking, a beautiful pool and patio, and full complement of amenities. Plenty of dining and recreational options nearby. Located at the northeastern end of town, the surrounding neighborhood is upscale and quiet. We're less than 150 yards from the beach, so it's very convenient. Our unit's first floor location also makes it ideal for the pool, patio, and barbecue use; and loading/unloading the car with available luggage carts is a breeze.

What makes this condo unique

Cape May is the most unique of the New Jersey shore towns, with charming Victorian architecture and a noteworthy place in American history as the country's oldest seaside resort. Because the entire town has been designated a National Historic Site (the only one of its kind in the U.S.), preservation efforts ensure it changes very little from year to year. It's conveniently accessible via the Garden State Parkway or Route 55 through Vineland; and the Cape May/Lewes ferry service makes the Delaware shore & Rehoboth beach area easily accessible as well.

AMAZING rental! Book it, you won't regret it!

This rental is perfect for a visit to Cape May. It is in the absolute BEST area of the town, it's a few minutes walk to the most beauty filled beach. The water is perfect! We spotted dolphins everyday and if you need anything (food, bathroom, etc.), you just run back to the condo. The condo is immaculate! It's decorated simply and perfectly. Every detail has been thought of and it helps to make the most relaxing vacation. The bed is super comfortable. You will sleep like a baby. The owners are a pleasure to deal with. It's the best rental we've ever experienced on this site. Book it, you won't regret it!

The condo was immaculate, comfortable & safe! Very close to the pull and on bottom level, but so well-built absolutely no outside noise or levels above us! Very short walk to the beautiful beach and restaurants. Quiet area and road to walk or ride bikes so you don't have to worry about traffic. Efficiency had all of the amenities and more! Central air was AMAZING with the 90+ degree days! Owners respond very quick with any questions we had and with information on the attractions in the area.

Awesome Vacation!

We rented this Condo in August which was recently renovated. Me and my family of 4 really enjoyed our stay in Cape May.

The owners provided great customer service and It was very helpful that cooking/Eating utensils, beach chair/Umbrella were already provided. All we needed to bring was bedding sheets.

My brother-In-Law dropped us off at Cape Roc condo and we thought we would have no way of getting around since we didn't have a car. But we found that a trolley would take us all around the island for a small fee of 1 dollar per person.

The Condo was just a block away from the beach and was a great convenience since I had my 18 month old daughter with us.

Everything was accurate as to the description given and we really enjoyed our stay.

We would highly recommend this property to friends and relatives.

Best we have ever stayed in!!!

From the moment we opened the door until the time we left we seemed to be making a comment on how great the rental was. It was not our first time in Cape May, but our first time at Cape Roc, great family place to stay with plenty of parking and a short walk to the beach. The rental was extremely clean, wonderfully decorated and the owners seemed to put a lot of thought into the functionality of the unit. Like other reviewers have stated, the pool is very close, but we never had any issue with noise. It was me, my wife and our 11 year old son so the bed and trundle bed worked well and both were comfortable. Also, it was nice to have the wifi included with the room, it worked great. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Steve and Dean.

Can't wait to come back next year!

This was one of the cleanest places we've rented in Cape May. We are located right outside the pool and just a 1/2 block from the beach. Plenty of storage space and everything you need for your family vacation. We had an issue with the refrigerator not working but the owners not only continued communication with us all week but made it right in the end. Seriously, can't wait to rent again next year!!! Thanks guys :)

Owner's Response: Thanks for the nice words! And an update: the entire refrigerator has been replaced, and you weren't crazy about the ceiling fan either. Apparently a power surge damaged both. The fan has been replaced too, and surge protectors have been installed on everything. Hope we have you again next year!
