The Phillips house is truly the perfect location for enjoying everything that Montana has to offer while enjoying the amenities of downtown Bozeman such as restaurants, coffee shops, art galleries, shopping and nightlife. We are also located just a few blocks from Montana State University.
This upscale downtown Bozeman home was built in the late 1880’s and recently restored and refinished to maintain the impeccable historic character of an elegant craftsman home. The TV room features a large flat screen TV and a relaxing sectional couch. Vintage light fixtures exist throughout.
The second floor has three bedrooms featuring white linens and fluffy duvets (option for either 1 king or 2 XL twin beds). About Laura Grzyb
The Phillips House is locally owned by my husband and I. We spend all of our free time in the outdoors, mostly fishing. We decided to share the Phillips House with Bozeman guests to show visitors the charming how wonderfully charming downtown is. With the outdoors just minutes away and downtown culture just steps away we think that this is one of the most unique vacation rentals out there. We look forward to having you stay at the Phillips House.

Beautuful historic home right off Main St.
We enjoyed staying in your beautiful home so much! It was our first time to Bozeman and the perfect location to take in downtown and all Bozeman has to offer. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was wonderful to cook in. There was plenty of room for our family of 7. Thank you so much!
This house is pretty perfect. Excellent location, good parking/driveway and remodeled with the finest in appliances and finishes. The beds are comfortable, the linens are top quality and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could want and more. Laura was excellent with communication and everything was exactly as she planned. My family of 5 adults were very comfortable and in no hurry to leave!
My one piece of advice to the owners would be to get a larger trash can in the alley and/or get recycle can too. Your trash can is the smallest size possible and there is just not enough room for all the trash (with no ability to recycle) if 5 people are staying one week. Believe it or not we did take a load to the recycle once, it's just not something we fit into our vacation.
Thank you for your excellent attention to detail, you have a beautiful property.
This house is in the perfect location for visiting Bozeman. Being able to walk to Main Street is a huge plus. The flow of the space, the amenities provided and the hospitality of the host were just perfect. Really a wonderful home that has retained its history, but with the updates to make it not only beautiful but comfortable.
We made a full Thanksgiving dinner for 8 here and had a wonderful time. If you are preparing a large meal you can manage in this kitchen, might want to bring your own knives but who would expect amazing knives in a VRBO :)
The house is impeccably clean with plenty of linens for your party.
I would recommend this stunningly designed home for a party of 6 at max comfortably. We booked it planning for two families of 4 and I have to say it was not really well suited for that situation.
The upper level houses one ensuite/bed bath combo, and two additional bedrooms with a separate full bath. Down stairs there is a large sectional sofa and a half bath/powder room.
We made the sleeping situation work but it was not the best for our party. That said, the house is a stunner and we will certainly stay here again with just our immediate family. Its proximity to Main street can't be beat coupled with the beautiful design we were able to disregard the less than perfect sleeping arrangements.
Wonderful location. Cozy home.
We were in Bozeman finalizing wedding plans. We had lots of room to spread out.
A large updated home close to Main Street and the airport .
We liked this spacious updated home. The living room has a couch and chairs plus round table for playing cards and laptop use. The Tv room provided another space for the the family to spread out on the sectional couch. The kitchen has lots of beautiful expansive marble counters, an impressive 6 burner Viking stove, all necessary small appliances, and adequate kitchenware. We ate at the large dining room table. Beds, pillows, sheets and towels appeared new. We reserved this house based on the convenient location to Bozeman center, giving everyone freedom to stroll there as they wished including on Thursday evening for Music on Main Street. Also we used the rocking chairs on the front porch and the deck furniture at the back of the house. Laura provided fans for cooling when temperatures stayed in the 90s all week. Expensive but worth it for a large family who cooks at home.
