57 Hilton Head Cabana has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The kitchen is fully equipped and updated and opens to the dining area and living room. The dining table seats 4 and if you would like to dine on the patio there is also a table, 4 chairs, and an umbrella. There is a gas grill on the patio. The living room has plenty of seating and a great view of the well maintained courtyard. There is a flat screen TV, DVD player and wifi. The courtyard has a covered seating with tables between the kiddie pool and the family pool. There is laundry adjacent to the pool area. There is a half bath on the main floor. The main level and upstairs bath has tile flooring. There is a full bath upstairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen TV. The front bedroom has 2 twin beds and a DVD player and a flat screen.

* Occupancy limited to a maximum of 4 people.
* The beach is 500 steps away! There are to beach paths located across the street on either side of the complex. The best route is the one that takes you through Sea Side Villas. You can see this path from our unit.
* Van Der Meer Tennis is one block away.
* Coligny Plaza is about a 7- 10 minute walk on the path. They offer entertainment at night during the summer as well as shopping and restaurants.
* There is golf close by in Sea Pines Plantation or Shipyard Plantation.
* Miniature golf is near Coligny.
* Bike are available to rent near Coligny or the can deliver them to the condo. There are almost 60 miles of public paths and 12 miles of beach to bike.
* Hilton head has a a lot shopping available front upscale to resale to antiques. Tanger Outlets are located off-island in Bluffton.
* Laundry is located in the courtyard near to pool
* There is one assigned parking spot located in front of the unit. Any spaces not marked with a number are on a first come first serve basis.
* There are beach chairs and pool noodles in the service yard.
* There a several different denominations of churches with in close proximity.
This condo is our second home, it's very comfortable and has all that you need to enjoy your vacation.
*****We do not have a cleaning company. Renters need to clean the unit as they depart (all supplies are provided). We visit frequently and will deep clean as necessary. Renters are also asked to bring your own linens (towels & sheets, toiletries) as they aren't provided.
We have owned this unit since 1989. It has been rented long term until a couple of years ago. We did a major remodel in 2004 and updated it last year. We have been using this as our get a way place and love being able to enjoying it. We live in Charleston, SC.

This property is in a great location. Close to it all in a family oriented environment.
We stayed for 3 days in August. The location was great, just across the road from the beach access point. The unit was easy to find, great directions given and was quiet and convenient. We parked our car and used our bikes most of the time. Shopping is within walking/biking distance, along with restaurants and of course the beach. Kitchen fully stocked, gas grill on the patio that worked just fine, and an enclosed area where we could lock up our bikes at night. We were very happy with our stay.
The unit was as described in the ad. It was steps from the gated pool, and a short walk to the beach & Coligny Plaza. We had young children with us, so a beach cart is a must since you do have to cross a busy street. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities of meal prep and the tile floor on the main level made it easy to keep clean amidst all the coming and going with sand. The patio furniture and propane grill was a great surprise. I was a bit jealous of friends of ours who had rented a condo with in-unit laundry, but we only stayed one week, so it wasn't a great concern. I highly recommend paying the parking fee of $6 and going to Sea Pines for the afternoon/evening. There was an excellent children's singer/performer near the lighthouse at around 8pm that was free fun for the whole family. I recommend the Crazy Crab & Salty Dog Restaurant. Overall, we hope to rent this unit again in the nearby future.
We had a great week staying at the townhouse. Gina was very helpful when our email kept eating the attachments she tried to send. The townhouse had everything we needed and was close to the beach and bike paths. The Coligny Shopping Plaza was nearby with shops and food. I would recommend this as a place to stay.
Our entire trip was spectacular! The cabana was clean and cool upon arrival. This cabana had all dishware, cutlery, silverware a family would require for their vacation. The beds are so comfortable and the living room furniture was, too! Located so close to the beach, the walk was easy and so convenient even though the cabana isn't located right on the beach. Having the two pools and laundry room located on the premise were also a perk that made taking care of children on vacation a breeze! We loved enjoying the cable television and internet access in the family room and master bedroom to wind down each night. We have stayed at Hilton Head cabanas before but this cabana stands out amongst the rest!
Clean town home with everything you need to relax. Good furniture. The kitchen has everything you need. Short walk distance to the beach. Close to restaurants and shops. We will recommend this place to our friends and relatives.
We had a delightful, if short, stay in this lovely property. The house itself is obviously well cared for and is comfortable and decorated beautifully. The pool in the courtyard is very nice and the beach is a very short walk away. I cannot recommend this vacation rental highly enough! We hope to go back next year but for a longer stay!
Our condo is located less than a half mile from Coligny Plaza which offers dining and shopping for groceries, clothing, ice cream, candy souvenirs and more. It is a very easy walk or bike ride on the path located directly in front of the condo complex. There is also a theater and miniature golf also with in biking/walking distance.
