This four bedroom four bath has a great location very close to the Peak 9 base. A trail across the street takes about 10 minutes to reach the Quicksilver chair by Maggie Pond.
Or you can just hop on the Breck brown Freebus that circulates past the house twice an hour.
Amazing views from your large private deck of a bend of the Blue River. Right in town in Breckenridge! This home has one of the finest views of the river and Baldy mountain in town. The river makes a turn with rapids right behind the house, so the sound of the river is everywhere in the home. A tranquil setting that is a real stress reliever. In the summer you can actually fish right off the deck.
Close to the Warriors Mark green space and very private. A nice red cedar log home in the Warriors Mark neighborhood on the south side of Breckenridge. Four bedrooms and four baths. A short access path across the street takes you right to the base of Peak 9 by the Village of Breckenridge in about 10 minutes. In 5 minutes, this same trail connects with the Burro Trail and also with the Wheeler Trail, Mohawk Lakes, Crystal Lakes, and others.

(A LITTLE HISTORY OF THIS HOME)
This is a Pan Abode Red Cedar log home built in 1978. This style log home is still built all over the world today. The manufacturer states that the company at that time made a commitment to build each home out of the same red cedar tree.
In 1978 the Warriors Mark neighborhood was considered Summit County. When the house was built, there was no required 25 foot construction setback from the river. The neighborhood was annexed by the Town of Breckenridge in 2004 and grandfathered the location of the home just 5 feet from the Blue River. There were just a handful of river front sites to choose from in 1978. The original owner chose first, and found the most advantageous site to build on. Not only because of the fabulous setting with the Blue River rapids right behind the house, but also because he could see a full eighth of a mile upstream and downstream. And with a beautiful full view of Baldy Mountain as well.

Whether you choose our home for your Breckenridge vacation or not, we just want you to know that the drinking water here is of the highest quality. The reservoir that supplies Breck, the goose pasture tarn, is just south of town on the east side of HWY 9. Summit County in general has some of the best drinking water in the state. On a side note, of the 4000+ counties in the United States, Summit County was ranked as one of the top 10 counties where people lived the longest.
