Perfectly amazing as promised
Parking: plenty of parking behind the home, enough for two full sized vehicles. Lighted in the back too backing to a very docile ally way.
Home: Very comfortable and exactly as described. Beds had top quality bedding, and very inviting. Kitchen had all the proper equipment and cookware if you wanted a meal in. Everything was super clean on check in and just perfect decorated.
Location: Walking distance (less than a mile) to great many restaurants. Town square is the same. We drove the first afternoon but walked the rest. Even with a 5 and 2 year old we never felt uneasy. Very close to some parks and best of all less than 10 minute drive to Watson Lake. Great views there with easy to moderate trails. The home was quite (even on a busy road) and close to all the action.
Owner: had very few needs to interact with the owner because everything was wonderful, but when we did she was quick to respond and an absolute pleasure.
All and all I'm going to miss our time there. I will be looking up this house again for our next venture to Prescott. Book it and you won't be disappointed.
Thanks so much for the great review!! We would love to have you and your family back anytime!!
Adorable house. Easy walk to everything. Even though you are on a busy street, the notice inside is minimal. Great comfy beds.
Great house, fun stay!!!
The house is so cute and cozy and the bedrooms are a good size! Nice patio to enjoy the beautiful Prescott evenings! Overall, a comfortable and fun stay!
Adorable house restored with love!
Attention to detail has been given to every aspect of this charming and lovely 1901 restored home. We felt like we had stepped back in time upon entering this adorable house. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the furnishings and decorating were of high quality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we hope to revisit the Mulligan House in the future.
Wonderful little cottage
This Cottage is perfect for a chill weekend in Prescott for downtown events as it is pretty decent walking distance to almost everything. The house is adorable and super comfortable. It is right on a main road though, so not recommended if you have small kids (under 10) or need super quiet surroundings... you will hear traffic. The property was clean and had tons of extra comfy blankets for cool Prescott nights playing games on the patio.
Lovely property, Great Stay!
This is our second time here, we stayed here two years ago around the same time. We love this house. Super clean and cozy. The house everything you need for a your stay.
So glad you enjoyed your stay and I'm happy to have you back anytime. I hope you enjoyed the new courtyard area - it's something I've wanted to do for awhile.
Hope to see you back again soon!
Prescott is known as 'Everyone's Home Town' and is rich in old west history and charm. Our downtown square has frequent arts/crafts shows and many festivals and musical activities throughout the year. It is surrounded by national forest, has several lakes within 10 minutes of downtown and numerous hiking trails. We are also a short day trip to the red rocks of Sedona, the old west mining town of Jerome, Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon and the Phoenix/Sedona area.
