Wonderful Studio With Lots Of Upgrades, Pool, Lush Greenery To View From Lanai.

This is a great studio condo with a beautiful, queen size (memory foam mattress), murphy bed, cute retro, full amenities kitchen, and all the other conveniences you may want or need. The lanai is beautiful and overlooks, lush greenery, the pool, and barbeque area. The Kailua Kona downtown area is just a block away and you wouldn't need to rent a car with this great location. Tours are available and the Condo is also near farmers markets and grocery stores. The Condo is peaceful and beautiful. The Samsung TV and Queen bed are modern and new.

I recently purchased this little studio and have updated it a lot. It is a cute, clean and wonderful place to stay while visiting the Big Island. I live nearby, so can help you with your travel plans, questions, etc. I have managed vacation rental properties for about 10 years and know how to make guests comfortable. I'm constantly upgrading, adding new things to the condo. I recently replaced the a/c unit (Nov.2015)

I love how close the condo is to town and the pier. You can walk to everything in town and you would not need to rent a car. There are plenty of tours you could book and I can also steer you in the right direction as well.

Pool, barbeque, lanai, privacy, Upgraded, memory foam mattress, proximity to Pier and downtown. Walk to Big Island Grill, Kona Brewing, Krua Thai, and many other amenities in Kona! :-)

Condo had everything I needed with great location

Truly one block from the Kailua pier, and an easy walk to all stores and restaurants. Condo was clean, spacious, fully equipped, and quiet, with nice pool. Restaurants recommended by Monica were all good choices. I would definitely stay there again. Condo puts you right in the heart of all the Kailua Kona action.

A Nice Stay

The owner of this unit was very easy to work with and was quick to respond to all of our questions before we got there and while we were there. The unit itself was nice but could have used a nice couch or easy chairs to sit on instead of the wooden bench. The view from the lanai is of the pool so if you want a city or ocean view this is not the unit for you. It is on the second floor so there are a few stair to take to get to the unit. We did have an ant problem but Monica was quick at dealing with the problem. You will need a car as it is bit of a walk to get to Downtown Kona.

Owner's Response: Sherri and her husband were respectful of the rules. I don't know what route they took to get downtown, but it is certainly within a block of downtown and takes about 3 minutes. I've never had an ant problem, except with these folks. I always ask that tenants use containers or ziplock bags for open items. This studio is wonderful with a view of the newly remodeled pool and a 3-5 minute walk to downtown.

I really enjoyed my stay here, the location is great and would be hard to beat, plus the host was very nice and helpful while I stayed here. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Kona!
