This 3 bed/3 full bath home is newly renovated and furnished with your comfort in mind. Walk to many of Charleston's best restaurants. Located just off upper King you are right around the corner from the best of the city's nightlife and shopping.

Bedroom 1 has queen bed and en suite bath, bedroom 2 has queen bed and en suite bath, bedroom 3 has two twin beds with full bath across the hall. Fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TV with cable and Internet, and nice outdoor space. Private off-street parking on a nice, quiet street.

Nice Accommodations

This was a perfect rental for our long weekend trip to Charleston. Three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was perfect for our group of 3 couples. Great restaurants right in the neighborhood and the walk to the central part of Charleston was just over a mile. We had great weather so enjoyed the walk. We had no need to contact the owner as the apartment was very clean and comfortable and exactly as advertised. We will definitely consider this unit again for our next trip!

Great Eclipse Weekend

Our group of 5 had a very pleasant eclipse weekend stay at this property. What a great location! We watched the eclipse from our 2nd story front porch. The apartment was well appointed. We did not need to contact the property owner about anything. We would definitely consider staying here again. We took Uber down to Battery Street and walked back, stopping at shops along the way, and settled in for a cocktail and snacks at Prohibition on King. We also had good dining experiences at Cannon Green, Jack's Tavern, Leon's and Edmund's Oast. I love Charleston!

Great location! Awesome layout for a large group!

We had such a wonderful time staying at this property. The location is a quick taxi ride to plenty of restaurants, bars, and sights around Charleston. The layout worked really well for a large group -- plenty of beds, bathrooms, and common space. Highly recommend!

Family reunion:first trip to charleston

Nice accomodations. But should have stated before booking this is upstairs of a duplex not a single home. And we had a 18 month old with us with no safety gait at the top of the stairs. Too many cords on the floors too handy for a child. Also rules did not get passed to the residents below us who did nof turn off until 3:30 am. Picture online sure did not match the house. Area not really safe feeling for walking at night. More "up front" info would have changed our minds to a better area yet I feel i paid plenty for this reservation.

Owner's Response: We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay in Charleston. Two days after your reservation request was accepted you were informed the property was a duplex as are many, if not most, of the properties in downtown Charleston at this price point. Your reservation was made 4 months in advance of your arrival and I immediately offered you a full refund as well as a referral to other properties I was personally familiar with that were downtown but not duplex or apartments. You declined, stating the price point for those properties was not within your budget. Between then and your arrival I responded to more than 10 emails requesting additional information prior to your arrival. I do not agree that you did not have enough advance information. We were happy to provide a portacrib and sheets at no charge for the little one in your party. Unfortunately there is no way to have lamps and televisions without electrical cords present and although they are tucked behind furniture I am sure parental supervision of the little one was still required. However, we never made the claim that the property was 100% baby-proof. The downstairs guests were absolutely made aware of the rules and if they were disturbing you we were not made aware of that. We do not tolerate unruly guests and the matter would have been dealt with by us immediately. That is a benefit of being a local owner. Also, there is not a photo of the exterior of the property any longer so all confusion should be eliminated. Google has since updated their Google Earth photo of our property so it is an accurate representation of the property after its complete restoration was finished in 2015.

Just off King Street in walking distance to upper King St nightlife, restaurants, shopping, and design district. Completely renovated and newly furnished, this home is the perfect place for your downtown stay. Nice outdoor space to enjoy our great weather. Plenty of off-street parking although you won't need to drive while downtown. Location is very walkable to many of Charleston's destinations or you can catch the free trolley if you get tired. Easy 15 minute drive to any of the beaches, 10 minutes from Tanger outlets.
