Newly offered to the market!!! We have just bought new furniture and are excited to offer this self-contained two bedroom unit! The large bedrooms (12' x 14") have new queen size beds and we offer a queen size sofa bed for additional guests. The full bathroom has an adjustable shower head and full bathtub with a soap and shampoo dispenser for your convenience. You have two private entrances: one off the south facing patio and the main side entrance. We live on a very quiet residential street that is surprisingly close to the most popular beaches, shopping, international dining, transit, UBC, and downtown. If you are looking for a clean, very big (1000 sqft.), and quiet place to stay and enjoy your stay in Vancouver then this is it! There are cheaper places in other neighbourhoods but there are none that are as central, picturesque, quiet, safe and offers as many venues for shopping and dining as this one.

We love to travel to meet new people and see new things. We are looking forward to meeting new guests and help them enjoy our city as others have helped us to enjoy theirs. Let us extend our hospitality to you!

Family Vacation Excelent Property

This accommodation was exactly as described in the advertisement. It was very clean, spacious and was well equipped with everything you would need during your stay. The outside patio is cozy, private and is an added bonus to this property. The neighbourhood is in a great location and is close many attractions, and grocery stores. We would defiantly recommend this property to stay at and we will book again if we are in Vancouver for another vacation. Thank-you Rick

Lovely quiet apartment

This quiet & well equipped, basement apartment was a great place to stay for my family. It was roomy enough for the 2 adults & 4 older teens to be comfortable. The shops & beaches very walkable distances. Broadway Ave has wonderful choices of restaurants and markets. We wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you for making our stay very pleasant.

Lovely apartment great for family holiday.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Apartment has everything you need to make you feel at home. Rick and his family are very welcoming and very helpful. Only a short walk from shops and restaurants and a playground for the kids at end of the street. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who has small kids as area is so quiet and friendly.

Great spot, great location

A wonderful little basement suite, ideally located to enjoy the beach or commute to UBC. Very clean, lots of light and a nice little private patio included. Great for a family, although better suited to four people, not five.

Fantastic Stay

This place was amazing. clean, comfortable, quiet, and spacious. The owners were very kind and accommodating. It was a close walk to everything. Had I not had teenagers and young adults needing rides to various events, I would have not rented a car and just walked everywhere. Reasonably priced, felt very private. Would stay there again!
