Great Trip!

We had a great stay in this condo! It was super clean and quiet. It was supplied with plenty of kitchen gear and the bath towels were really nice. The owner was easy to work with and we would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and convenient

Great location for this well maintained condo. Place was clean, central air, free WiFi, plenty of space for my wife and I, also an additional bedroom sleeps 2 more.

Very quiet condo community. Located between the beach and the bay, its a short walk to the beach. Beach equipment in the garage. Assigned free parking space which is another plus. The pool was also nice. Walking distance to shopping and if you don't want to drive, the bus will pick you up at the corner. For a $3 a day bus pass, it will take you anywhere along the Coastal Highway. Restaurants, Ice Cream, mini golf, the Boardwalk. Very convenient to just hop on the bus and ride to the Boardwalk, eliminating $20 parking lots and the usual hassles of driving at the shore.

Even though its a block to the Highway, it sits back far enough that you hear no traffic.

Gerald was very accommodating. We communicated by text, any question I had he answered shortly after.

Excellent Vacation! Clean condo and a great owner to work with!

We spent a week in July with our kids and the condo was perfect for us. The location of this unit in the condo complex is about half way between the beach and the pool which was great. And the direct canal front location is really nice providing a place to relax in the mornings and evenings. The (ground) floor layout of the condo was nice and the furnishings were all very clean and comfortable. The enclosed patio was nice with the outdoor shower and handy cloths lines for drying towels and stuff. The beach is an easy 10 minute walk away with a convenient crosswalk at the end of the canal sidewalk. The pool is also very nice with very clean showers and restrooms. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return sometime soon.

Great Experience

My stay here was great, communication with the property owner was fast and very kind. At first we noticed a lot of the things were outdated but after spending a few hours there we didn't care at all. Everything worked perfect! We had no complaints about a single thing! The walk to the beach was very easy pretty much just a block away. The pool and grill were an awesome addition to our stay with the sunset in the evenings made it very enjoyable. We are already talking about staying here again for our next vacation next year!
