The house is pleasantly comfortable & cozy; decorated with up-to-date decor & furnishings designed for casual beach living. Offering all the comforts of home you are sure to relax! With Two (2) Bedrooms plus a den/ 3rd bedroom, Two (2) Bathrooms, A/C in each room (Central A/C), West facing Deck, Outdoor Shower, Solar Panels, WiFi, Three (3) Flat Screen TV's with Cable & Streaming.

Also included in your rental: Bed Linens, Bath towels. Washer & Dryer. Beach Towels, Beach Chairs & Umbrella. Kids beach wagon, Board games & Books.

About the owner: After we bought land, it took us three years to receive permits. It was an arduous process but we hired an architect & kept revising the plans until finally meeting all the restrictions. We personally designed every square inch of the house. Our home is so special to us, bringing our family a great deal of joy... an often needed respite from all the hustle and bustle of city life.

Why the Owner Chose Montauk, NY, USA:
LOCATION... Montauk itself is surrounded by water, it has an island feel without a ferry schedule! It's raw beauty; hiking trails and land preservation make it feel 'untouched' even now. Ditch Plains is a stunning ocean beach, we feel blessed to live so close to it! We love how quiet the street is & that our son can bike here with his friends. It's a very pet & kid friendly neighborhood.

The interior has an open flow, tons of light (4 skylights) plus cross breezes throughout the whole house, it makes for really good energy -- the ocean waves lull you to sleep every night.
