This condo has a spacious lanai with high quality lanai furniture for dining or lounging and enjoying the spectacular views. The living room, dining area and kitchen also have the same great views. The Master bedroom features a King size bed, portable AC unit, en suite bathroom and walk in closet. Bedroom 2 has twin beds that can be converted to a King bed upon request for an additional fee, portable AC unit and a bathroom off the hallway. The upstairs loft area offers and additional set of twin beds and a lounge/play area and its own full bath. The condo has been beautifully decorated in comfort and style.

Keauhou Punahele Resort is located seven miles from downtown Kailua-Kona and you are within walking distance to Keauhou Bay or a short drive to Kahalu'u Beach which is one of the best snorkeling beaches on the Big Island. Complex offers a swimming pool and spa. Please note that this condo is located near an intersection. You might hear some traffic noise. There is no access to a BBQ with this condo.

This is a no pets, no smoking property. 5 night minimum, 10 during Ironman and Christmas. Hawaii Tax ID: 145-263-4112-01

About Kona Coast Vacations - SL

Aloha and welcome to the Big Island. We are thankful to Hawaii and its peoples for allowing us to work and play on this great island.

Kona Coast Vacations manages over 200 condos, homes and estates along the leeward (dry and sunny) side of the Big Island ( this island is named Hawaii, same name as the State). We are located right in Kailua Kona which is about 10 minutes south of the KOA (Kona) international airport. Most people include Kailua Kona, Keauhou, Kahaluu, and Holualoa, under the umbrella of the name Kona. We also have team members living near the resort area ( about 25 minutes north of the airport) which include Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort (near the coast), Waikoloa Village (up mountain, about 15 minutes from the coast), etc.

Our team of inspectors check the property before your arrival, after you depart, and we inspect the cleaners. If something is amiss, please let us know immediately on arrival and we will address your concerns ASAP. We are open seven days a week to assist guests and owners. We offer a concierge service, we have maps and recommendations on our web site and are here to answer your questions.

Kona Coast Vacations has been rated excellent by Trip Advisor in 2013 and 2014, and it appears Trip Advisor only offers ratings now, and we are sitting at 4.5/5.0 based on all the reviews since 2009. The vacation rental was in wonderful condition. The only negatives were no air conditioning which led to very uncomfortable stay. Also there were a lot of bugs and geckos in the condo. Management did come and spray upon our request. Since this was an end unit by an intersection it was extremely noisy with trucks going up and down the hill. We have stayed on the island many times and have never experienced the bugs, lack of air conditioning and noise. Condo is beautifully decorated but not functional furniture for large groups of say 5 adults. Pool area was very clean as well as the grounds of the complex.

We mention in all of our communications, including our reservation confirmation and our rental policies which all guests must sign, to please check the listing to make sure all the amenities your require like AC or an elevator, heated pool, etc are listed, as only the items listed are included in the property. We also mention in the listing the following: "Please note that this condo is located near an intersection. You might hear some traffic noise." We try our best to inform people about our properties. We hope to see you back again next year in one of our other properties.

The place is fancy, fully equipped, modern and has spectacular view. It lacked privacy in the living room and kitchen area. Windows have no cover especially the kitchen by the street. Early AM traffic is super loud and wake you up, after a while you tend adapting to it. There is no Air Conditioner. That was a big minus.

The unit was a end unit so we heard traffic early morning. Also It did not have air conditioning and the unit had no blinds to block the afternoon sun from coming in so this was a disappointment. Last we did not enjoy having cockroch in the unit.

We include all the items that the condo has in the listing, and we ask you to review the amenities (" please review the amenities, only items listed are included, if you require AC, ADA, heated pool or an elevator, please check , you have 24 hours to cancel without any when we send you the confirmation and this is also mentioned in our policies which all guests acknowledge that they have read and agreed to them. We do mention in the listing that this property is close to an intersection and that you may here noise during busy times. We have not tried to hide anything in this condo listing or any property we manage. We are in the tropics and all sorts of visitors come here for the good weather and easy living, and this includes pests. Each one of our homes, and the condo associations all have regular pest control. Sometimes, pests will find their way into homes when lanai doors are left open, or when guests are going in and out of the home. We find that they also travel in with residents/guests from the beach in/or on beach gear, from rental cars, boxes used to transport goods to the island. etc. As residents, we are used to pests such as ants, geckos and even roaches but we do know its a shock if you do not see them regularly. We will look into the outside blinds to see if that will assist in cooling the property.
