Staffs are very friendly and very responsive. The resort was very clean and would love to book again.
My friends and I were totally shocked when we checked into the property. The place was a mess and dirty. Sheets, towels, and pillows were all on the floor! Apparently the place was not cleaned after the previous renter(s) left. We were really peeved. Called the agent. She managed to get us another house. It was smaller but newer, and two of the bedrooms have to share a bathroom, somewhat inconvenience. Overall, we were satisfied. We do appreciate the agent for doing her best to get us into another house.
Very nice and spacious cabin that my family and I enjoyed! The only thing is that two of the bedrooms have no fans & the whole house does not have central A/C ( obviously I know, because the weather in Truckee/Lake Tahoe is nice and cool most of the times) but we had to buy some fans in Costco because we were there on 95 degree hot weekend. Also Wished that yes, there was chairs in the back porch to take in the beauty of the backyard. Very equipped, lots of towels, comfortable rooms, loved that there were 4 bathrooms!
Great house for a group of friends or large family.
It is a beautiful property with comfortable furnishings. The beds were comfortable and the rooms very spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates and appliances. The nest heating system was excellent. The kids enjoyed the fuse ball and other games in the loft area. The high ceiling and large windows added a majestic feel.
