This pet-friendly, four-level Pagosa Springs vacation rental is an idyllic place for your next family vacation to the mountains!

Located three miles from Pagosa Springs proper and its three amazing hot springs and spas, this charming home is within easy walking distance of shops, eateries, golf, and local outfitters.

Welcoming with vibrant, Western-themed decor, this home comes with covered parking for up to two cars (one in the garage, one in the basement parking structure), a private washer/dryer, cable, WiFi, and DVD players. There's also central air conditioning, board games, a library of DVDs, and Netflix connectivity. Two family dogs may join the fun for a small nightly fee.

Guests can socialize as a group or in clusters in the main floor living room. Settle in around the TV. Sit near the fireplace on a cowhide bench, or play rummy at the dining table with six cowhide chairs. Check email at the writing desk near the fireplace, and admire the colorful, ranch-themed art on the walls.

Cook a full-course meal in the kitchen nook, complete with a dishwasher. Set the kids up to color and snack at the two-top breakfast bar. Lounge on the back deck while you grill up burgers or veggie kebabs and soak up the sun.

This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home may sleep six people comfortably, with a maximum occupancy of eight. The second floor has two bedrooms with one bathroom between them - the master has a king bed, and the guest bedroom has a queen.

Upstairs on the top level of the home is a loft-style bedroom for the kids, with two single beds, two beanbag chairs, a flatscreen TV, and an electronic piano to play!

Great Pagosa Condo!

This was our second time staying here for Thanksgiving -- it fit our family perfectly and was so clean! Perfect location in walking distance of many highlights (Pagosa Brewery, Coffee shop, grocery store, etc.) with beautiful views. Very clean. Can't wait to stay here again!

Fantastic place! We unfortunately had to extend our stay due to unforeseen circumstances, yet we couldn't have asked for a better place to be stuck for an extra few days! The multilevels of the condo allow for great privacy throughout.

Comfydog friendly Mountain Condo convenient to everything in Pagosa Springs

My husband and I, and another couple and their dog stayed here in late June 2017. The condo was well appointed, all linens and bedding were nice. Loved the large deck with BBQ grill. Kitchen stocked with all the necessary equipment to cook. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful location, gorgeous property, sketchy dealings

We had a great stay at this condo over New Years. The place was beautiful and clean, the area was quiet and conveniently located, and check-in was a breeze. They were very accommodating with our pets during booking and the condo was spacious enough for the group of us. There was one significant down side to our stay that unfortunately will cause me to likely avoid using a Vacasa property in the future. Unfortunately, one of the dogs had a urinary accident up in the loft area. We cleaned the area thoroughly. The owners/cleaners (unknown number) texted me soon after our departure and informed me they would need to charge me for a professional cleaning of the carpet. I asked how much they would charge, and they responded "60-80 dollars." I had no problem with this - this seemed like a fair response to our pet's accident (despite our best efforts to clean, I understand the company's need to maintain cleanliness and pristine appearance of the property). However, when I checked my credit card statement much later, I noticed I had been charged just shy of $250 dollars for the cleaning. They did not call, did not inform me, did not ask my permission before charging this amount to my credit card on file. In the end, I understand if this is the amount they are truly going to require. It did not sit well with me, though, that they quoted me 60-80 dollars, and proceeded to charge me 4x times that amount without calling, texting, emailing, or providing any sort of quote or receipt from the cleaning company. This seems like a very poor business practice, particularly since I was very willing to work with the company to correct my pet's mistake. Though the property was very nice, it did not excuse how I was treated by the company after our stay.

Owner's Response: We are sorry the guest felt misinformed concerning our business practice in addressing and processing payment for damages incurred while they were in the home. After further investigation, our housekeeper had found multiple rooms where a dog had urinated. As a result, they spent almost 2 days professionally cleaning every spot so the home would be ready for the next guest's arrival. Our rental contract clearly states that the renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to their credit card, should damage occur during occupancy.
