This private family home is located on the beach and includes a large natural wooded area out back. Recently renovated 2000 sq ft house with beautiful view from the upper story 450 sq ft deck partially covered deck with extra large BBQ.. This has been a family summer home for over 35 years so it has everything you need to enjoy your holiday. There are four large bedrooms upstairs and one large bedroom/living room downstairs that can accommodate large groups/families. Upstairs has an open floor plan from kitchen to dining room and living room. Recently upgraded water purification system with 2 full bathrooms and a new dishwasher installed. Satellite TV with a 55" flat screen and digital box, full (private) WiFi and portable stereo. TV downstairs for your favorite game platform as well. Have fun on the beach or in the yard or explore the natural wooded area. Dock and anchorage available for your private use. Close to Salmon Arm, Sorrento, and one hour from Kamloops.

Location, location, location

We arrived from Alberta tired from the road, found the house easily, entered to a well equipped place fit for our family, we went onto the deck and sat looking at an amazing view of the lake and mountains. We had a great time relaxing on the deck, or grass, or dock and in the water, there is no better way to spend a holiday.

Damage Deposit $390.26

Cleaning fees of only $50 will be taken from the $500 damage deposit if all cleaning has been completed. The remaining $450 return of damage deposit will be returned within 7 days of check out depending on damage and any further cleaning required.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
