Fantastic Family Vacation Home

  • 5 of 5

Well appointed, especially for those who enjoy cooking, centrally located for days trips around the region and so comfortable, you may want to spend a couple of days just hanging by the pool and playing pétanque.

Wonderful home in Provence

  • 5 of 5

We recently spent a week at this lovely home. It was fantastic...close to a small little town (Merindol) and close to several great wineries. An added plus for those who like to cook is the outside kitchen...and a great little butcher shop just a couple miles away. I would highly recommend hiring a private chef that Sandra recommended to us...his name is Didier and he put together the best 5 course french feast ever! Nice spacious back yard, great rooms, etc.

We would definitely come back :) You definitely need to bring your own car.

Provence at its best!

  • 5 of 5

This property exceeded our expectations. My family of 10 spent a week in Paris and two weeks in Provence. This home was as pictured online. Location was Great! Well maintained. Response for questions was prompt. We would explore the villages for 5 or 6 hours and then enjoy the pool and hot tub before going to dinner. This is an amazing part of France- from mountains to gorge to Mediterranean sea to lavender fields to quarry of lights to Van Gogh-I could go forever. Do yourself a favor and grab a slice of this part of the world and stay at a wonderful home.

Fabulous Villa is a can't miss

  • 5 of 5

This amazing villa is so beautifully decorated and has such great views that you just want to sit and soak up the sun and wonderful air and beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Our group of seven adults had plenty of room in well appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. The indoor and out door kitchens were a pleasant surprize. The variety of activities provided was impressive. We enjoyed evening boccee while drinking the very good and yet inexpensive rose wine from the well stocked wine cellar. We also enjoyed the billiard table and sophisticated music mand TV systems. It is the best of old meets new technology in a wonderful setting. We traveled to several nearby villages for their morning markets then enjoyed 2 hour lunches before returning to our villa for a great sunset and homey feeling. We will look forward to returning next year. If you are into massage Chantal, who is your contact person there is excellent. She also did a great job of orienteing us to the villa. I would rate this as the top place to come in this region.

Beautiful and enjoyable house.

  • 5 of 5

This is a beautiful house that has been decorated and setup with so much care and taste. It is really a pleasure for the eyes the moment you step in. The kitchen is fully equiped, the bedrooms are big and very comfortable (many independent spaces for a multiple-family renal), the pool and jacuzzy are in perfect conditions, the cellar is a pleasure. The house is also great located: nearby shops and touristic areas.

But above all, we loved the feeling that comes out of this house... we spend wonderful moments with friends, enjoyed all common areas, had a bunch of outside meals in the great outdoor kitchen.

The service was also remarkable: the owners where really helpful and reactive and Chantal, the contact on site was lovely.

Very recommended house!

Lovely and comfortable home in Provence

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed this lovely home in beautiful Provence. The beds are very comfortable (so important when renting like we did for two weeks), and the house is very well appointed with everything necessary for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday- indoor and outdoor kitchens are great. The owners were very prompt in response to any queries, and Chantal, your contact while there, is very helpful. We hired Chef Didier (recommended by Chantal) for a delicious provencal dinner at home, highly recommend. Also, I enjoyed an excellent massage by Chantal. Lourmarin was one of our favorite towns, (excellent market on Fridays) and is only about 20 mins. away. Les Baux de Provence is about 45 mins away, but also worth a visit - the Carriere de Lumiere is very impressive. The views from the top of Bonnieux are spectacular, and we had an excellent meal at L'Arome. We also enjoyed the charming Auberge du Vieux Village restaurant nearby in Mallemort, very convenient for the first night of arrival, and we returned it was so good. Another beautiful place to have lunch is Le Bastide de Marie in Menerbes, as well as La Coquillade in Gargas. If you like lavender fields, it is definitely worth the drive to Sault if you are there at the right time.
