About Sherry and Francesco
My husband and I have been involved with the resurgence of our neighborhood over the past 15 years and are now eager to share it with new people. We love VRBO and are excited about creating new spaces to show off our neighborhood. We enjoy working with local artists and creating spaces for them to flourish, this is our passion. We have two rambunctious and adventurous children that keep us on our toes and feeling young!
Why Sherry and Francesco chose St. Elmo Improvement League
Enjoy the neighborhood park, the abundant hiking trails that lead to waterfalls and majestic Tennessee views. St Elmo is teaming with locally owned and operated businesses. Our own neighborhood pub, Moccasin Bend Brewing Company, where you can meet the locals or take home a growler (you can also bring your dogs). Visit Mojo Burrito, delicious food in a hip environment, 1885 Restaurant for a more upscale dining experience, don't miss out on their incredible fresh water trout blackened or grilled, or St. Elmo's own Purple Daisy and dine on a BBQ sandwich. St. Elmo Deli will provide you with the perfect lunch on the run. Don't forget Mr.T's Pizza and hand scooped ice cream that has been in the neighborhood for over 20 years!!!! The choices are endless!
What makes this House unique
We can point you in the direction of almost anything that you would like to enjoy in Chattanooga. See seven states from Rock City, visit the nation's largest and deepest underground waterfall at Ruby Falls, take a short ride on the Incline Railway to ascend and descend Lookout Mt, where you have access to amazing views from the top of Lookout Mountain from Point Park, or visit Sunset Rock. We are a mere 5 miles from downtown Chattanooga. Enjoy the river front at Ross's landing on the banks of the Tennessee River, visit the Tennessee Aquarium, and walk right down Broad St and enjoy a Moon Pie! How would you like to see the Hunter Museum or take a walk across the nation's longest pedestrian bridge to Coolidge park in North Chattanooga? There are many locally owned businesses and also some familiar favorites. The list is endless!! (That's just getting to see Chattanooga as a tourist!)

This property was exactly as advertised and the property owner did a fantastic job. Thank you.
Loved every minute of the peace of the neighborhood. The home had everything we needed to relax!
Clean and comfortable
Very clean. Had alot of "necessities" already in the house (think paper towels, toilet paper, soap, laundry detergent even coffee!) Near some great local eateries but also not far from all that Chattanooga has to offer. If you mountain bike, it's close to alot of trails. Would totally stay here again.
Wonderful Family Vacation
We had an amazing visit to Chattanooga with our family and friends who rented the house next door. We were greeted with a wine basket and some local soap and chocolate. The home was very clean and comfortable. The decor was so cute with a local flare of art and pottery! All four of our boys ages 4-8 were able to play between the houses in the yard, which was great! We even visited the park down the street which they all loved! The location was perfect, very close to all of the attractions. We cooked as well as visited some great local restaurants. The kitchen was fully stocked which was a plus. I would definitely recommend this home or one of the other rentals they provide next door!
Great Weekend Getaway!
We loved our stay at this adorable property. An easy drive into town and close to outdoor activities. We would definitely stay again!
Beautiful clean home!
This house had so much charm and was in such an active community. Love it! I will definitely be returning here. Next time bringing a bike.
Less than 5 miles from Rock City, Ruby Falls, The Incline Railway, Tennessee Aquarium, Creative Discovery Museum, Sunset Rock, rock climbing, biking, hiking, kayaking with many, many more!
