Prime located 2 bedroom Beach house sleeps 6 and is only two blocks to the beach, Main Street, and the famous HB pier. The house has a front porch and large front patio for relaxing and watching the beach traffic.

This house has new central heat and air and the bathroom has just been remodeled. There is one parking space on the driveway and room for an additional car in the garage.

Full cable including HBO, Showtime, Starz, and sports packages as well as 5G wifi.

Wagon and beach toys are in the garage and two bikes are available for your use.
Incredible shopping, eating, multiple bars and ample night life within walking distance!

Each bedroom features a queen bed.
Master bedroom features a 40' LED television.

The living room is furnished with a Sleeper Sectional Queen sofa bed and a 50' television that can easily be linked to Netflix.

Excellent three week stay, we will be back, for the money and location this is a great property

I have used dozens of VRBO properties over the last 15 years, and this one is one of the best that I absolutely plan to return to. My wife and I needed a three-week location for us and our pugs, and this property fit the bill perfectly. The great things: - Walking distance to the beach and to downtown HB shops - Safe area (no people soliciting, no "tents" or "camps", felt totally relaxed and enjoyed saying hi to folks from the front porch); note that HB is FAR nicer than the beach communities in LA county (we visited Venice Beach where we almost stayed, and couldn't wait to get out of there, HB is such a nice community and lots of nice locals that made me feel right at home) - Dedicated parking (a very roomy driveway) - Great internet connection (work was seamless, never a single drop or hiccup with meetings) - Nice TVs in living and bedrooms, Roku was able to stream all of my services so didn't even need to plug in my Firestick the whole time - Water pressure was almost too high (seriously, it is that good!), plenty of hot water on demand, very comfy - Great A/C and heating system - Good beds (queen size but comfy, clean sheets and bedspreads, felt at home, we brought our own full set of bedding just in case but didn't use our own stuff at all) - Clean, easy check-in and check-out, nicely equipped kitchen, tons of beach toys (3 bikes, didn't use them but I tested them just for this review and all worked, yes a little rust on them and you won't be winning "nicest bike" contest) Only areas that could be improved are the furniture and covering in the back (has ripped and the owners are in the process of replacement, but weather was so nice and was enough shade that it totally was not a problem), and yes the furniture is beach furniture that could use some upgrades at some point, but fine for our use which was minimal). For the price and for what you get and considering the location and condition of the property, we were super happy. The location is so good that I was always tempted to walk one block to get ice cream, funnels cakes, and so on so do expect to put on a few pounds if you have subpar willpower like myself :-) 5 stars!

All About Location

We rented this home for it's proximity to restaurants and shops as well as to the main beach. The price is high for its size and condition, but I surmise we are paying for the central location. The beds are comfortable and the other furniture sufficient. My main concern was the lack of what I consider essentials in hotels and vacation homes. The bathroom had no shampoo, conditioner or soap for a shower. There was only a liquid pump soap at the sink. We had to purchase these. We also purchased a light bulb for the front door so we could see at night to enter the code to get in. (We later found bulbs in a closet.) We were disappointed in the patio furniture, which looked so nice in the pictures (especially the backyard). They were rusted and torn, looking like rejects from secondhand stores. However, these were minor annoyances in the scheme of the ambiance of Huntington Beach. We would stay there again.
