Why Julie Knoedler chose Alberta Arts District
This is a stand alone, very private space. It is nicely decorated and has all of the amenities you would expect in a much more expensive property.
What makes this Studio unique
Location, comfort, and style! Alberta Arts is a Portland hot spot. The studio is just one block away from the festivities but private and quiet like a home away from home.

Great place, I will stay again! This is a fantastic walkable neighborhood with lots of bars, restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment was very clean and has a very comfortable bed. I highly recommend.
A delightful space in a hip part of town!
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay in this lovely Alberta Arts Studio. The space itself is extremely well designed with plenty of space, a nicely appointed kitchen, washer and dryer, a comfy bed, and a lovely balcony that overlooks the street and allows a private space for morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. Added to these pluses is off-street parking which is at a premium in Portland. Julie has made every effort to make the space homey without feeling cluttered. Another advantage to the studio is its proximity to the Alberta Arts area for dining and the fabulous New Seasons Market that provided us with all we needed to nourish us during our stay. We will definitely revisit this charming studio apartment!
Great place and location
This is such a great place to stay. It is in such a wonderful location and it is very cozy. My father and I especially appreciated the balcony. We were able to sit out and enjoy the evening while my sons went to bed. Finding the location and getting the keys were a snap. I highly recommend!
Modern, Convenient, Clean
The title of the review says it all. the studio is on a quiet street in the Alberta Arts District. The size was perfect for my husband and me. It was four blocks from our kids, close to Tri Met stops, very clean and in a nice neighborhood. There was also driveway parking for our car. Outside the sliding doors is a small patio which was delightful in the early morning with a cup of coffee! There are about 13 steps to get up to the studio, which we considered exercise. Thank you for providing coffee! We'll be back again Labor Day weekend! Karen H. Bend, OR
Nicely designed clean studio apartment. Had comfortable beds and had a great location.
My sister and I stayed in this apartment for a long weekend in Portland. It had everything we needed for our stay and was a cool comfortable place to relax after a long day of summer site seeing. I was very thankful that they also provide a place to park (which can be tricky in Portland). I would stay again!
