Las Vinas nestles in a quiet location with sea views to the front and Montgo Natural Park behind.

This spacious 3 bedroomed apartment is ideally positioned for couples or families who enjoy their own privacy within well kept landscaped grounds, yet located only minutes away from beaches (both sandy and rocky) and a selection of international cuisines to suit all budgets and tastes. The generously proportioned at 90 m2 apartment features an open plan lounge/dining area with double doors leading to a protected front balcony - ideal for outside dining (retractable sunblind) with patio table, chairs and outside lighting. Now wiith broadband/ADSL / internet.

The 25 metre swimming pool has a separate child friendly shallow pool for infants and children as well as a playground with swings and climbing frames etc.

This small complex also has a single tennis court (free of charge) and several outdoor table tennis tables - so don't forget your rackets!

About Owner/Manager

We bought this property when our son was 2yrs old and our daughter came along 2 years later. So it has been a family apartment that has seen the kids right up through their teenage years and now out the otherside post Uni.

We love it as it is mainly owned by professional Spanish families with maybe just 10 English owners in the community.

The pool is fantastic and the little annexe is great for those youngsters gaining their confidence.

The apartment is only a short walk 5 mins from the sea and the coastline in this immediate vicinity is rocky - with plenty of entry and exit points to swim or snorkle.

If you have younger kids or prefer golden sandy beaches we are just 3km (5mins in the car) from 14km of sandy beaches.

The apartment is well served by local bus service which is just a Euro or so to get straight into town where traditional buildings, a castle, and the old town fuse comfortably with more modern architecture. NB. A taxi back in the early hours is only around Euro10 -12!

There is a massive choice of restaurants at all price points and tastes.

A huge variety of bars for all ages (including a great Jazz & Blues bar in the old town).

There are golf courses, boat hire, a marina, a thriving fishing industry, fiestas, fireworks, celebrations, tranquility and is all here to be discovered.

Why Owner/Manager chose Javea, Moraira and Denia Area

Great location just 100km from both Alicante and Valencia airports. The port in the middle of town has direct links to Ibiza and the other Belearic Islands.

Denia is a working town with some very smart shops and businesses, a lovely marina, a castle with museum +++

An equitable mediterranean climate, surrounded by plenty of culture - yet within 40mins of Benidorm with it's numerous theme parks (Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar +++) The Benidorm Palace (Great show's). The Castle Town of Guadalest, The waterfalls at Algar, delightful secluded beaches ( El Portet is a favourite of ours).

What makes this apartment unique

It is an older style property with generous room sizes, which has been sympathetically modernised during our ownership with new bathrooms and kitchen.

We believe that all guests should have bedrooms - not convert sofa's to beds! So even with all 3 bedrooms in use it doesn't feel crowded.

The grounds are in superb order with plenty of space to sunbathe or relax in the shade and read.

Unlike so many our apartment has Wifi and Aircon. It is located out of the centre of town by about 3 km, in a quieter location - yet with great communications into the centre of town.

We had a really enjoyable stay at Las Vinas. The owner was wonderful at sending us all the information we needed to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We found the apartment clean, comfortable and well-equipped. It is ideally located 5 minutes walk from the beaches and on a bus route whose buses take you into town on the hour until 9.15pm. Great value and return taxis cost just 9.50 Euros. We travelled with 3 teenagers who all enjoyed the sights, night markets, festivals, restaurants and bars in Denia. We all enjoyed the swimming pool at the appartment and although we didn't use the tennis courts, that is also a good facility.

Lovely apartment in a great location

We have stayed here many times before as the apartment is ideally located in a quieter scenic area of Denia but still only a short €1.50 bus journey into the town centre or a lovely stroll along the seafront which can take as long as you like as you may have to stop at one of the seafront tavernas to take in the wonderful views. The apartment is light, airy and constantly updated by the owners, it feels like a home rather than a holiday apartment, it has everything that you need including all mod-cons & wifi. We have already booked for May 2017 and can't wait to return.

A lovely apartment and pool in a great location with easy access to everything!

This is probably my 12th stay at the apartment in Denia and its fair to say I absolutely love staying there. I was travelling and staying with my friend, of which neither of us could drive but it was very easy and reasonable to get a minibus from Alicante airport straight into Denia. Abby had not been to this part of Spain before so I wanted to show her what the town offered. The day we arrived we made a flying visit to the supermarket Consum in the centre of town to collect the essentials and then went back to the apartment to relax by the pool. A few evenings during our stay as the temperature cooled it was really nice to walk only 5 minutes and be at the beautiful rocky beach opposite the apartment. Having had a very stressful time with exams it was really pleasant to get away somewhere relaxing where we could chill during the day but also go out to restaurants and bars for drinks in the evening, which we found was the perfect mixture of busy-ness. Being students with little money we found the restaurant prices very affordable and great quality. I would really recommend eating at some of the restaurants along the seafront in Denia. We both enjoy cooking which is great because we had all the amenities in the kitchen in order to make ourselves some lovely dishes to eat and enjoy on the balcony. There is a new speaker in the apartment so we would often connect our iPhones and listen to music during siesta or in the evenings we stayed in. Having the WIFI which was put in the apartment a couple years ago, and being young WIFI obsessed students we were very pleased that we could lie in bed and still have a good connection so we didn't have to move in the mornings in order to talk to friends at home! I am coming back out to the apartment in June for a quick tan top up which I'm really looking forward to. It is only 10 Euros for a taxi to or from town which is great! Even better the bus is only 1.50 Euros! To sum up, I would really recommend staying in this apartment as it is great for all ages and there is always something to do for anyone of any age!
