This Real Log 3 Bed, 2.5 Bath Sits On 2 Acres Within A Gated Community

This Beautiful 1800 sf log home has all the amenities to make you comfortable with 2 acres of property to provide privacy. The 3 sided wrap around covered porch enables you to have your morning coffee listening to the birds sing and the babbling brook flow below. Granite countertops throughout, stainless steel appliances, a full laundry room, and wood-burning stove are the public areas of the main floor. The private main-floor master bedroom has its own on-suite with a whirlpool bath, and full sized shower. The master-bed has a queen sized log accented bed and plenty of closet storage space. The loft level has two bedrooms which share a common bath with a bath/shower set up. Included on the loft level is a large television viewing area which can be utilized as additional sleeping space with the additional army cots provided. Loft bedroom 1 has a timber-frame inspired queen sized bed with a single sized bunk bet on top. Loft bedroom 2 has a crate styled set of single bunk beds. Both loft bedrooms have plenty of closet space for storage. The house also has a full sized unfinished walkout basement for storing your hiking or biking equipment.

Bed and Bath Linens are supplied by the renter. Queen Bed and Single sheets will be required. Bed supplied are: Master Bed-Queen Bed, Bedroom 1-Queen Bed with Single Bunk, Bedroom 2- Single Bunk beds, 3 additional army cots available for use (Stored under the bedroom 2 Bunk Beds).

Why Lakeshore, Fresno County, CA, USA:
This property was our passion for most of the 2000's. When my wife and I relocated to the Central Valley of California from Colorado we knew we wanted a summer get away location away from the oppressive Central Valley heat. We wanted a location that really emphasized remoteness and privacy but was not totally away from civilization. We designed, as the general contractor, and worked with my children on building most of the home.
