To make this unit affordable for a single couple, even though it will sleep up to six people, the quoted prices are for two persons ONLY. EACH additional person, including any age child, are $10.00 per night, per person.
We welcome your small pets, with owner's PRIOR approval, and an additional pet cleaning fee. The charge for the first dog or animal is $75, and a second animal would cost an additional $25, for a total of $100. A third dog may be considered if pre-approved by the owner and further charges would apply. The fenced side yard and gated deck are ideal for pets, and the wooded property line gives you the feeling of country living. The laundry room door opens to the fenced yard, so managing your dogs is easy. As we have worked hard to create a peaceful setting, it is not suitable for loud or late night partying or large gatherings. Entry has a security/weather camera.
The WIFI is high speed cable. With the exception of seven stairs to the deck and front door, all living areas are on one floor and easy to navigate. Although we are pet friendly, the rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each guest's visit.
If you are planning a family reunion, we have an additional rental on the other side of the pond which sleeps four (VRBO property #430071). If you book this rental, you will receive a Vacation Rental Agreement and, if approved, for dogs, a Dog Guidelines Agreement. You must sign and return this agreement(s) within 72 hours to the address provided in the Agreement(s). We recommend you purchase travel insurance.
