If you’re looking for a vacation getaway that puts you close to a championship golf course, dazzling beaches and incredible wildlife, look no further than Roscoe Grande in Ponte Vedra, Florida. This charming property on the Intracoastal Waterway offers everything you’re looking for and more.

Roscoe Grande is a one bedroom / one bathroom, detached second story apartment over a garage that is a part of a beautifully manicured larger property. The apartment sleeps four when the living room’s comfortable queen-sized sofa sleeper is put to use. While garages are not available for your use, there is plenty of room for parking in the courtyard.

Walk in the front door and up the stairs to a home that has an eclectic artistic charm, unlike anything you’ve probably ever seen. The living room’s large windows keep the room bright and sunny while the central air conditioning keeps you cool. Tile floors that run throughout the main living area feel so good on feet weary from walking sandy beaches. Every room throughout the house is filled with unique and colorful art pieces you’ll enjoy throughout your stay.

The living room includes HDTV with DVD player for movie watching and there’s free Internet, so it’s easy to arrange tee times, check out area attractions and send vacation photos home to friends.

Step through French doors to reach the balcony that stretches the full length of the home. Imagine the fun of enjoying a drink from this balcony while you watch the stars come out over the peaceful landscape.

Beyond the living room in the other direction is the dining area, which comfortably seats four. There’s also handy overflow seating for more at the nearby breakfast bar. Serving from the kitchen to the dining room is a snap when you use the breakfast bar as a buffet serving space or a pass-through to the table.

Ponte Vedra is home to many wonderful restaurants and chances are, you’ll want to dine out a lot while you are on vacation. For those times when you want to eat in, you’ll find the kitchen is fully equipped with appliances utensils, dishes, and glassware. The only thing missing is a stove and oven. There is, however, a toaster oven, microwave and electric grill at your disposal. Don’t worry about doing dishes because there’s an excellent dishwasher in the home.

There’s also a full laundry room on the first floor in the garage so you can keep you and your guests in clean clothes throughout your stay.

The large master bedroom is a true retreat from the world with a comfortable king-sized bed, high ceiling, hardwood floors and multiple windows inviting in views of the surrounding property. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and vanity with plenty of storage for your toiletries.

As lovely as Roscoe Grande is, there’s even more for you to enjoy in and around Ponte Vedra Beach. Roscoe Grande is just minutes from TPC Sawgrass, home of the PGA Players Championship every May. You’ll also love the nearby pink sand beaches that sparkle with quartz and coquina and the 40-foot sand dunes. Also nearby is Guana River State Park, home to a plethora of birds and a favorite spot for biking, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, and fishing. You’ll also be just a short drive from the historic sights of St. Augustine to the south and the fun of Jacksonville to the north.

Roscoe Grande is a getaway like no other. Book your stay today!

Note: Roscoe Grande boasts a panoramic view of the Intercoastal. The owner occupies the main house on the Intracoastal Waterway at times.

This property has optional access to the prestigious 5 diamond resort The Ponte Vedra Inn & Club.

Cute place on the intercoastal!

  • 5 of 5

This is a very nice place and convenient to PVB. It was very clean and there was plenty of room for me and my two dogs. It has a small oven on the kitchen counter, two griddles, a toaster and a Keurig coffee maker. Plenty for me. One thing to know: if no one has stayed there for a few days before you arrive the water may smell terrible! The first time I stayed two days and followed another renter... the water was fine. Then I came back a week later and had the water smell problem. Luckily all I had to do to get rid of the smell was let the water run for a while. The only thing I think should be changed is the king sized mattress. It sags in the middle which made sleeping not as pleasant as the rest of the stay. Possibly it only needs more slats under the mattress but it needs to be addressed. I definitely recommend this cute condo on S Roscoe.

Great location, but not very happy with the rental

  • 3 of 5

We absolutely loved the house and the location, but when we got to the property, there was no key for us to use while we were on the trip. The directions said the key would be in the lock box on the door and there was no lock box, nor no key to be found. I emailed the rental agency asking what needed to be done and never got a response. The bathroom was dirty/dusty and there was mold on the shower curtain, the sink did not drain in the bathroom and the water in the bathroom and kitchen smelled like sulfur. There was no way for us to lock the front door when we left because we did not have a key and we wound up leaving our stay a day early due to this. Overall, the location is amazing and the rental is very cute and has a TON of potential.

Beautiful property with view of water.

  • 5 of 5

A unique property with tons of paintings and other forms of art. Nice view of intercostal waterway. Apart but adjoins owners' house. So, even our noisy dog was not a problem. Owners were very friendly and helpful. A great place to stay!!

Great Place to Stay

  • 5 of 5

This was a fun place to relax and watch the activity on the intercoastal. It was perfectly located for our needs. We shopped at Fresh Market and brought food to heat up in the microwave and we made coffee every morning using the little Keurig that comes with the place. The art is so much fun, as we would spend time trying to figure it all out.

Delightful restful stay at Rosco House

  • 5 of 5

This place is located above the garage adjacent to the main bungalow. The owners live part-time in the main house. The view from this ups stairs location is magnificent of the intercoastal waterway. The house is like an art gallery. There is art on virtually every wall. I don't think you could find room for another piece. The kitchen area it was adequate for our needs but does not have an oven and only as a countertop hotplate. Barbara and Norman of the owners were delightful although they were only there the first night and morning of our stay. They gave us several suggestions on local restaurants and sites. This was a couples retreat for my wife and I and was perfect. It may not be a good place for small children.
