This Fabulous 3-story Townhouse at Oaks of Long Beach provides a beautiful view of the Gulf Coast beaches that are a short walk just across Hwy 90 (Beach Blvd). It is close to the coast’s many attractions and amenities.

The Oaks of Long Beach reflects the architectural flavor of the French Quarter in New Orleans. Once you park your car in the two-car garage, on the ground floor, you can take either the personal elevator or stairs to the Living Space on second floor.

The entire second floor features a large, open, Living Space with lots of natural light, hardwood floors, and 10-foot + ceilings. A comfortable, beautifully furnished Sitting Area features a large, flat-screen TV . The Dining Area has seating for 4 and enjoys beautiful views to the southeast. The large, full size gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. A Powder Room completes the second-floor Living Space. The entire Living Space is perfect for entertaining, family gatherings, or intimate evenings.

Stepping out through the French doors to the wrought iron balcony enjoy the view of Gulf beach. The elevator can also take you to bedrooms on the third floor. The Master Suite features a King bed, flat-screen TV and French doors leading to another balcony where you can see the sunrise over the Gulf. In the Master bath you can relax in the whirlpool tub after a day at the beach or shopping. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and separate full-size bath with tub and shower. The Townhouse’s two bedrooms and two and half bathrooms can comfortably accommodate four adults. The complex also has a swimming pool at Club house area, for our guests.

The quaint community of Long Beach and its harbor is close by and offers friendly shops, and restaurants. Friday night hot-rod cruising and a Farmers Market on Saturday. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, museums, fishing, and lots of activities. Casinos, Ship Island, Gulf Islands Waterpark. A Super WalMart is within walking distance should you need to pick up something quickly.

Rating Details:

The property manager was adequately helpful.

The vacation rental was very dirty.

I was very unhappy with the location.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Unit is not close to a usable beach. It is a busy divided hwy with a deep/wide median. Trash has to be removed to adjacent property so you have to drive it over in your car. Hot car and garbage=not pleasant. Had to have maids come back out due to spiders and beetles. After they left, unit still dirty. Even found a lizard coming out of wall in garage. I was refunded a small portion of my investment because of the misrepresentation on the location and need for a re-clean, but mgt person on phone when I called back was very abrupt as a result.
