We have put our hearts and souls into this house with an extensive renovation. Everything is new and beautiful and so cozy and sunny. Waking up with the sunrise and watching the birds over the sparkling water is a dream. Heaven!

Sanctuary in the Springs
The house was wonderful! The views were beautiful, we enjoyed watching the wildlife every morning with coffee. The house was very welcoming and the interiors beautifully designed, casually elegant. The owners were very attentive. We look forward to returning.
This property provided such a retreat in the offseason–I can only imagine how great it would be for a family or as a shared rental in the summer. View of the harbor makes location unbeatable. The house is also within walking distance of the Springs General Store, hiking trails, and a short drive to town and the best beaches. Modern kitchen, great patio space, and pool deck for entertaining. Owners are accommodating and ensured an optimum rental experience.
We rented this property for 1 week in July of 2015. Comfortable layout, well appointed without being over done. Nice deck with afternoon shade. Fabulous morning light. Quite, comfortable. Roomy kitchen with updated equipment. Awesome bathrooms and a world class outdoor shower.
Buccolic, rural location on protected Accabonac Harbor, bordering nature preserve with birds galore, horses grazing across the street, a farmers market around the corner on Saturdays and beautiful beaches within walking or cycling distance. Easy access to ocean beaches.

Maximum 6 guests including children and babysitters/help. No couch sleeping or extra guests. Renters are responsible for all services and utilities: electric (which is minimal, as we have solar electric); garbage collection ($50/wk). water; gas; wifi, cable ($100 for rental period) pool cleaning and lawn mowing ($150/wk). Weekly cleaning is available at $150.
