This south facing apartment is bright, airy and spacious with a well laid out floor plan and open plan living concept. About the owner: Patrick & Mia come from England and Belgium respectively and have lived in North Vancouver for over 20 years. Patrick is a Professional Engineer and has worked in Australia, New Zealand, USA, Belgium, and England prior to Canada. We like to travel and have very high standards when it comes to quality and cleanliness. We have furnished this apartment as somewhere we would want to stay with our family.

Why the Owner Chose Lower Lonsdale (Vancouver, BC, Canada):
We bought this property because it is somewhere we could downsize to on retirement. The building is well built and sound-proofed so you do not hear the neighbours. The location is brilliant with easy walking access to the shops, restaurants, and entertainment that makes up Lower Lonsdale. It is a short, spectacular ferry ride over to Downtown Vancouver and well served by bus transit around the North shore so one can easily visit the must-see sights such as Grouse Mountain and the Capilano Suspension Bridge along with numerous other places to explore.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
If you like better than Hotel Quality furnishing with all the Hotel amenities included such as swimming pool, fitness center, restaurant and lounge just over the road then this condo is a great choice for a week, a month or longer. The leather sectional couch is just great to relax on after a busy day out exploring. Quality mattresses that help to ensure a great nights sleep. If you really have to work, the den is set up with a built in desk.
