Small and cosy loft in the heart of Venice at 10 minutes walking from S. Mark's Square.
Of all Venice's districts Castello is probably the most varied one. To the west you have all the glamour of grand tourist Venice. Some of the town's very finest art, architecture and monuments can be found here, as well as functional sites like the hospital. Over to the east are large 'normal', fairly working-class residential areas. We like both sides; the fact that even the grand Campo Santi Giovanni e Paolo is slightly off the main tourist trail for day-trippers, the ordinary Italian bars along Via Garibaldi sparsely-populated with ageing men watching football, just like in any town, the many different kinds of picturesque that you'll find when exploring the area.

Additional information about rental rates
We ask you to inform us of your arrival time in Venice upon receipt of reservation confirmation in order to have the apartment ready and welcome you on time. Check-in is at 15:00 and Check-out is at 11:00am. However, should the apartment be available the day before or after, we will be pleased to consider your needs. All arrivals after 20.00 will have an extra charge of 30 Euros as a “late arrival” fee, and arrivals after midnight an extra charge of 50 Euros. All our apartments provide fresh linen and towels. The apartment will be cleaned at the end of every stay. Additional cleaning can be provided on request. The client should leave the apartment clear of any rubbish and the kitchen and all utensils should be left clean at the time of departure.
