Beautiful and spacious ocean front condo is centrally located in the heart of Isle Of Palms, SC. There are 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and 2 connecting balconies that overlook the pool and stunning beach. This condominium community has only 3 floors with a total of 24 units. Swimming pool and grills located on the property are for the use of renters in this building only. You will be within walking distance of our fabulous local restaurants, ice cream shops, pubs and shopping.

My husband and I purchased this condo in 2015 because it has been a dream of ours to own an ocean front condo in our favorite vacation spot - Isle of Palms! We love being ocean front and within walking distance to great local restaurants and shopping.

Perfect family vacation condo!

We loved the condo and our week at the beach! The condo was newly decorated, comfortably furnished and clean. All the bedrooms had their own bath and were pretty well soundproofed! This was great since we had three children under the age of 5 years!

The location is ideal - we really would never have had to drive anywhere. However, we made a trip to Charleston ... and some of the other islands. We especially liked Sullivan's and Shem's Creek.

The Sea Biscuit Cafe was our favorite spot for breakfast and the fish was excellent at the Acme restaurant - both about a block from the condo.

Probably the most enjoyable part of our stay was the beach/pool - each were within a few minutes from the condo. Our adjoining balconies overlooked both - the views were magnificent. Wonderful family vacation spot - looking forward to our next trip.

FANTASTIC LOCATION...VIEWS...AMENITIES...ALL WONDERFUL.

This was one of 4 units we rented in the same building for our family reunion. We would not have been more pleased with the space and layout. It was perfect for 3 couples to share...all had their privacy, private bathrooms. The shared spaces were spacious and the decor was bright and beachy. The balcony was large and was used continually for meals, cocktail time and just taking in the beautiful sights and sounds of the Atlantic. Private parking andn access to the beach was great. Everything was within walking distance or just a couple minute drive to grocery stores and other great restaurants nearby. Located a short and scenic 20 minute drive to Charleston and area attractions...the southern hospitality was outstanding! We'd go back again and choose this building. The only negative was the difficult communication with the property manager. He was not as clear or timely as we had hoped in answering our questions. He did not provide the access code to the property until about 3 hours prior to check-in...sighting some housekeeping reasons? All of the other 3 units in the same building provided us this information between 2 and 5 days prior. He also didn't provide us with parking passes...as was the case in the other 3 units...telling us that they weren't really necessary. The under building private parking was a wonderful convenience that we appreciated.

Beautiful spot on the beach!

We loved everything about the condo. Perfect location great restaurants steps from the condo. Everything you could possibly need was provided. You can cook, sit at the table or at the bar and look out at the beach and watch the waves rolling in. The condo was decorated bright and cheerful. We can't wait to go back!

Great place for a weekend away!

We loved our stay at your condo: Perfect location; great kitchen with large selection of pots, pans, platters, etc.; nice pool and private beach access; very well kept condo grounds; easy access to restaurants and stores. Thank you for letting us spend the weekend in such a beautiful place. We miss the view already!

Beautiful Isle of Palms Condo for family vacation

This is a beautiful, spacious condo in Isle of Palms. Owner supplies beach chairs, boogie boards and games for kids. We had a great family vacation and loved that we could walk to may restaurants and Ben and Jerry's. We will be back for sure!
