While you do have a fully-equipped kitchen, Main Street is only a block away so you can enjoy all of the shopping, restaurants, festivals, and much much more!

Coming for skiing? You have a bus stop out your front door which will take you to peaks 7, 8 or 9… or walk a block to the Gondola and hitch a ride up! At the day's end, you can ski right down to the condo via the Four O'Clock run. Store all of your equipment in our ski locker (adjacent to front door) and then warm up by the cozy gas fireplace inside.

Tired? Rest your legs in the two hot tubs conveniently located right across from the condo unit.

Great condo! The kitchen was very well stocked. We cook in so we really appreciated the amount of equipment. This was the most convenient place we have ever stayed. Just a block from downtown and steps away from the the bus stop. True ski in. We had six people and were very comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Great property!

Top lock is jammed on the door. Kitchen was stocked with staples but could use a pizza pan. Condo is walking distance to beaver run ski school and the village. Bus stop at condo also a plus. Beds comfy. Loved the backyard for kids to play in the snow.

Great location

Close to downtown, restaurants, and shops. Bus stop right next to the condo that takes you to snowflake or beaver run. 4 o’clock run also runs right by condo. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

We've stayed in condos at Breckenridge at least once each winter for the last 7+ years. This condo has great positioning, within a relatively easy walk (or bus, for which there are stops for the buses in both directions within 100' of this property) to almost everything in Breck. There is a Christi Sports ski rental shop and a liquor store directly across the street. Oh, and we skied to within about 50' of the unit at the end of each day (from Four O'Clock run). Very convenient. Killer location.

The unit was fully stocked and equipped (plenty of plates, utensils, spices, towels, etc.), and everything worked like expected. It sleeps 8 (with 2 on the fold-out couch, and the other 6 sleeping on 3 queen-size beds) and has 2 full baths, a ski locker, a gas-log fireplace (with a convenient timer) and convenient parking (we parked in the "first-come" parking garage...over the course of 7 days in January, we never had trouble finding a spot near our this unit). The 2 indoor hot tubs are directly across the courtyard from this unit, so it's easy to glance out of the unit to see if the tubs are crowded/empty before heading down to them. We were very pleased, and would (likely will) rent this unit again.

The only negatives I could really come up with would be the lack of TVs in the bedrooms (though the TV in the living room is large (at least 55") Samsung Smart TV with a great picture), the galley design of the kitchen (a bit narrow and long for multiple cooks) and the small capacity of the stack-type washer/dryer unit...but those are all very minor, and none would prevent me from leasing this unit again. It gets a thumbs-up from me.

Great location and comfortable place to stay

The property was in a great location. It was close to shops and restaurants and easy access to the slopes. The unit was very comfortable and had all the necessary kitchen items for dining in. I would definitely recommend staying here.
