High Tide - B is a 3 bedroom - 3 bath oceanfront condo that offers not only sweeping views of the ocean but a prime location as well. This condo is located on a low-tide beach and has a private lawn out front for tanning, grilling and dining al fresco. If you tire of lounging on the porches or walking along the beach, a short 10 minute walk will find you at the village where you can enjoy a number of restaurants and take a stroll down the pier and try to spot a big catch being reeled in! A walk in the opposite direction will take you to the famous island restaurant duo Crab Daddy's & Crab Trap.

High Tide - B is a two-story condo. On the first floor there is one bedroom with two twin beds and an attached bathroom, a full kitchen, dining area, living room and an oceanfront porch with views overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, St. Simons Sound, and Jekyll Island. The porch is the perfect spot to enjoy the ocean breeze and watch gorgeous sunsets.

Follow the beautiful wooden staircase upstairs to the second floor to find the other two bedrooms. Immediately off of the landing you will find a bedroom with a king sized bed and private bath. Down the hall is the Master Suite with a king bed, en suite master bath and a private balcony overlooking the ocean.

All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen televisions and the house is Wi-Fi enabled.

The High Tide complex is a 3 unit ocean front condominium with separate entrances and porches for each unit. High Tide - B is a great stand alone unit, but can be combined with adjoining Unit A ( VRBO #708611) and the Penthouse (VRBO# 676754) to accommodate multiple families while allowing for greater privacy. All units are ocean facing. No other property on the island offers this level of flexibility!

Parking: High Tide B Rental includes TWO parking spaces. Street and public parking are limited and cannot be guaranteed.

Spacious and lovely

The views from the porches were spectacular! Beach access was available even at high tide. The condo was spacious enough for six adults. The kitchen was small, but more than adequate for the food prep/cooking that we did. A couple of items were missing (can opener, pot holders, extra kitchen towels), but were quickly and cheerfully supplied when we called the number provided in the condo. The onsite property manger was very friendly and helpful. We had two small disappointments. The community pool was closed since school had started and the WiFi was so slow that it could not be used. Of course, we understood that the condo owner was not responsible for the pool closing since it was operated by the city/county. I just mention it for future reference. However, the WiFi needs to be addressed. Since this was a vacation, I was happy to turn off my devices, but others in the party really needed to access the internet. It was solved by going to a local coffee shop. We would definitely stay here again if the property was available.

We absolutely loved our stay! The beds & linens were wonderful & comfy. Amazing view! The house was awesome! So convenient for our family to get to beach as soon as we jumped out of bed & an easy walk to the village. Our best visit on St. Simons, yet! We will definitely be booking again!

Worth the drive from Virginia

We usually go to the Outer Banks but this beach was a nice change. The property was nicely set for our family of four and the grandparents who drove down from Savannah for a few days. Several good restaurants within walking distance and many choices for sweet treats. Plenty of beach time even with the afternoon rain. Would definitely return another year and recommend to others. Our extended family was in the other units so it was perfect for together time with a little space.

Fabulous week on St. Simons Island. Very convenient to area restaurants and golf. So many good places to eat here we had a difficult time deciding. We will definitely return!
