This beautiful condo sits up on the second floor and has a view of the bay.. The Blue Pacific Ocean.

The lanai faces our manicured lawn and on to the beach for swimming, boogie boarding or just sun bathing.

New wooden floors, paint, furniture and almost new kitchen appliances and granite countertops.

Check it out. Close to the entrance and laundromat. You can walk to several great restaurants and shopping also. Free wifi in the condo, free parking and tennis on the property.

Nicely renovated condo

Nice 2nd-floor unit in a quiet location. Simple newer decor and very clean. We loved the nicely maintained and beautiful gardens with a variety of orchids on the property, and the birds that would visit our lanai. Location was great with some good restaurants and a small farmers market within walking distance.

Great Location, Average Accomodations

My wife and I, as well as ou two sons checked out of this condo today. It's unit #621 which resides above the laundry and check-in area. The Lae Nani location is great. It provides very easy access around the island, the town of Kaapa and local restaurants. The grounds are beautiful. The pool is very large and private. For much of our time at the pool we were the only ones there. The private beach is great! My sons enjoyed snorkeling and body surfing there at the beach. As for the condo we found the accomodations to be average. The decor and suitable - no frills for a 2 bedroom one bath. The condo was equipped with enough silverware, plates, cups, linens, etc for our stay. All of the appliances worked fine. The reason why we consider this condo to be average is because a few important items were lacking (at least for us). The unit is not air conditioned, which we knew when booking the condo, however, the trade winds did not cool the condo to our desired temperature. The first two nights were incredibly hot as we attempted to sleep. The condo does have large portable fans but they are noisy when they run. We ended up getting ear plugs so we could sleep. Also, there is only one TV in the condo. I would have appreciated a TV in the master bedroom. Furthermore, if I owned the condo I would provide more equipment such as boogie boards, tennis racquets, etc to be used at the property. We ended up purchasing two tennis racquets and tennis balls from the Wal-Mart for our boys to use while we were there. Don't be concerned about the condo being directly above the laundry room. There were no noise issues whatsoever.

Owner's Response: We appreciate the overall positive review but need to clarify some points. The guest's first two days had record heat and humidity. They knew there was not a/c in the condo. We DO have boogie boards and tennis racquets for loan for any guest who makes a request. Also, the price is the lowest for a two bedroom condo in that condition on Kauai. Everything is almost brand new. Other guests have had nothing but positive things to say.

We are located on the convenient East side of Kauai. You can walk or take a short drive to many, many activities.

Lydgate Beach park is around the bay but we have a great beach right here at Lae nani. Also, pool, tennis and even the only pickle ball court on the island
