About Stephanie Foy
Retired but working harder than ever I have created a "Paradise on the river". It has taken me almost 10 years to design and build this amazing retreat along the Embudo river. I bought the property as a working organic fruit and Lavender farm. The trees and lavender still adorn the property and are enjoyed by guests when they stay here. Beautiful rock work creates walls along the pathways that connect the outdoor 18' tall natural rock fireplace, Gazebo, and outdoor kitchen/grill area along the river. My hands touched almost every building material and all designs came from my very busy brain. My passion is designing outdoor spaces and building but I love to cook and create healthy organic meals for myself, loved ones, family and friends. My partner, Stephanie and I hold well-being and health as a central focus and enjoy traveling and hosting.
