About the property

Two Bedrooms/ Two Baths, Boat Lift, Pool, Smart TVs.

Our condo is located on the second floor with easy stair access. We have two bedrooms.The master suite has a king-size bed and a full bath/shower. The guest room has a queen-size bed and an extra-long twin bed. The guest bath room has a full bath/shower combination also. The living room has Tommy Bahama furniture, a queen- size sleeper sofa, and a large Smart TV. Additional TVs are installed in each bedroom. The balcony overlooks the main canal leading to the IntraCoastal waterway, a perfect location for both Laguna Madre and Gulf of Mexico fishing. Private back stairs lead to the boat lift, pool, and hot tub. The condo is just a five-minute walk to Schlitterbahn and a five-minute drive to various Gulf Beaches. A full-service CVS is just around the corner. Many of our favorite restaurants are within a few blocks of our condo.

About Randy Wilbanks

We are two sisters who have joined together to fix up this condo to provide travelers a taste of paradise. We both grew up in Belgium, and we both loved our family vacations at the North Sea beach. Now we live within minutes of the best open beaches in the United States, and we wanted to create a fun place for families to make lasting vacation memories.

Why Randy Wilbanks chose Corpus Christi

We have lived in Corpus Christi and North Padre Island for many years now, making trips to the Island beaches with our children and grandchildren. Every time we drove by the blue-roofed Spinnaker Condominiums, we had a sense of vacation. When unit 213 became available, we joined together in this adventure to provide a fun place for families to have as a 'vacation home-base.' Our family returned to the same North Sea condo for many years. We hope our Spinnaker visitors will return often too.

What makes this condo unique

You can relax on the deck, enjoy a SouthEast breeze off the water. The Spinnaker Condominiums are a landmark on North Padre Island that we have admired for many years. We were delighted when we had the opportunity last year to invest in #213, a perfect location for a relaxing get-away.

We have added a crock-pot and a griddle to the cookware in the condo. Of course, we recommend that the cook has a vacation too! These restaurants are some of our favorites on the Island: Snoopy's, Doc's, Dragonfly, Island Time, Padre Burger Company, Black Sheep Bistro, Padre Pizzaria, Scuttlebutts, Johnny Dee's, and the German Bakery. Fast food choices are Whataburger, Good and Crisp Chicken, Donut Palace, and Sonic.

Stay at Spinnakers

Our stay at Spinnaker was good. There a few small things that we didn't like but nothing to end our time there for. We liked the location ok. We usually like to stay close to the water.

We really liked it!

We had a group of guys come down for a fishing trip. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We like that the second bedroom had a queen and a twin in it. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make dinner. We also liked that there was plenty of parking for all of our trucks and kayak trailer. We would definitely stay there again.

Convenient, clean, spacious and on a canal with a boat slip! We had the best time staying here!

Upon arrival, the condo was clean and ready for us! It was spacious enough for 6 adults with a large master, guest bedroom with a twin and queen and a fold out couch! Kitchen was perfect and fully stocked! The balcony overlooked the docks and your reserved boat slip. We love the convenience to the boat dock from the balcony because we fished everyday and its nice to just walk a out your back door and be at your boat! The owners/managers were very nice and able to help when we had a question about the boat slip. This was our second time to stay at the Spinnaker and we will definitely be back! Great location, close to many restaurants, Schlitterbahn, CVS and gas stations!

Great stay

Although the property is an older complex, the interior of the condo was updated and very nice! The condo had everything we needed, and the owners were quick to respond when we contacted them! We did run out of paper towels and trash bags couldn't find more, so might be something pick up at heb when you do your shopping!

Spacious & Tranquil

Loved this condo! There's tons of room to spread out and it feels very much like home. The Smart TVs and wifi were a huge plus for my teenagers. Randy was great! He was super friendly and had lots recommendations for dinner and things to do around the island during our stay. I will definitely be checking on this condo's availability before my next trip to the island.
