A well furnished living room, a comfortable queen bedroom ensuite and living room with foldout sofa bed will allow you to relax in comfort and style while enjoying the Victoria's skyline through the floor to ceiling windows on the 11th floor for optimum views. Read a book, surf the net, or watch HDTV while you recharge in comfort and style.

You will find an open-plan kitchen/living room. The kitchen features granite counter tops and stainless appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for home cooking. Many of the extras you need are pre-stocked, such as paper towels, cooking oil, food covering wraps, soaps, and more. If you need it, and it isn’t there, just ask and we’ll bring it to you.

Thanks so much for contributing to our stay in beautiful Victoria! We came from Calgary and have enjoyed every moment. The comfort and convenience of staying here has been wonderful. Dani and Lawrence have been fantastic - accessible, friendly, well informed and most importantly very welcoming upon our arrival. We recommend "Red Fish, Blue Fish", Dani said it was a must visit, and she wasn't kidding, you must have the chowder - best ever! A regular stop on each Victoria visit is "Blue Fox Cafe, Fort Street - best brunch in town - you will find yourself in line for a bit but it is well worth the wait. A wonderful vacation - enjoyed the people and beauty Victoria has to offer, - never disappoints - St. James Bay, Oak Bay, Royal Roads and Beacon Hill Park, FABULOUS! Can't wait for our next visit!

The condo was beautiful, exceptionally clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was perfect and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed and many extras provided in the condo. We definitely recommend this rental (and the building) and we will return if we ever have the opportunity. The warm welcome and outing recommendations from our concierge Dani made us feel at home upon our arrival.

PAYMENT An advance payment of 50% of the rental rate is required to reserve the desired dates. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Payments outside of Canada may be made in the form of credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) or bank transfers. Bank money orders, cashier’s cheques or personal cheques are payment options (for Canadians only) payable to Victoria Prime. Cheques must be secured by a credit card authorization while in route. Email transfers (Canadian banks only) can be sent to The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date. All payments are in CANADIAN DOLLARS. All reservations will be charged a Booking Fee.
CREDIT CARD AGREEMENT Guests must provide credit card details as a guarantee of payment to Victoria Prime. Guests accept all terms and conditions of the rental agreement and accept all liability for rent and charges related to property rental, as well as any damage beyond normal wear and tear during the term of the rental. Guests understand that these costs will be charged to the credit card provided. In the absence of another payment agreement, guests authorize Victoria Prime to charge the credit card provided for payment of these items. The guest whose credit card is on file alone is liable for all payments and damages on a reservation and is fully responsible for the full reservation rent and charges.
CANCELLATIONS A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will be refunded less a $50 admin fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent, deposit or cleaning fee. However, if we are able to re-rent the property for the dates cancelled, we will be happy to refund all or any part of that.

  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
