About Property Manager/Owner

We are college sweethearts that met In Miami at school but are New Englander's through and through. Chris is from CT so we settled here after college. We both grew up with the love of the beach and ocean, and living in CT 2 hours away from the beach was always a challenge. Patti grew up on the South Shore of Massachusetts and her three brothers have migrated back to the area with two having homes on the Cape. It only made sense to look there now that the three children are on their own. We live in the country with no amenities, so we wanted the convenience of walking everywhere and we lucked out.

Property Manager/Owner purchased this townhome in 2009

Why Property Manager/Owner chose Cape Cod

We have been fortunate to have purchased this little slice of heaven so close to the beach and Main Street. Initially we offered our home to family and friends. Now we want to share our home for everybody to enjoy. We take great pride in maintaining the cleanliness and homeyness and want everyone that stays here to enjoy not only our home, but what the area has to offer. We like to find out in advance what is happening and pass it along so that those that stay with us will have options. We are only a phone call/email away from a question, assistance or recommendation. One can never be bored on the Cape!

What makes this townhome unique

There is nothing like walking to the beach in the morning then walking home for lunch, cleaning up and walking up town for shopping and an ice cream. Walk home again, maybe take a nap, and go back out to eat and stroll along Main Street. and enjoy the night time ambiance. You can walk to the ferry to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard or to the Cape Cod Melody Tent for a fantastic show from the country's top performers. There are also great activities happening daily during the summer-out door fairs, concerts and movies, plus the Artist Shanty's and studios abound. ..... and this is just Hyannis. The National Seashore is only 30 minutes away with the most pristine dunes and big waves. P'town about 45 minutes. Every town and village on the Cape has it's unique charm and attractions to make you want to visit every one of them. We have owned it since 2009 and we are still exploring the area----summer, fall, winter ...so much to see and do, so little time!

The owner, Patti, was a pleasure to deal with. The house was clean, decorated in a cute coastal theme and well situated to both Main Street and the Beach. The beds were comfortable and everything we could possibly need was there for our use, including coupons for local restaurants. Water pressure in the 2nd floor shower was fantastic. It was nice being able to relax and drink coffee at the kitchen table while planning our days. Drinks and dinner at Tap City Grille was fun and although main street was within walking distance, we opted for a taxi so we didn't have to walk back in the dark. Taxi fare was approx. $4.00. Much better than staying in a hotel. Thanks Patti, we had a great time!

Well equipped and well located.

Stayed cool when temps were approaching the 100 degree mark outside. Walking distance to the beach and to the center of town. Home is well equipped with all of the necessities. Had a good time.

Great location, close beach, quiet neighborhood

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful time staying here. We loved the location and being able to walk uptown to eat/shop as well as the close walk to the beach. The water was warm which was important to me. The inside of the house was super clean and decorated in a beach theme which I loved. There was more than enough space/rooms/beds to bring a family. Cute backyard with grill and firepit, feels private from the neighbors. Overall excellent, not to mention Patti was super nice to work with and was always prompt with answers to our questions before and during our stay.

Excellent home, excellent location, everything was perfect

  • 5 of 5

What a delightful week we had in this beautiful, well-furnished and well-equipped townhome. Everything was spotless and in perfect working order, and there was plenty of cleaning material on hand as well. Very cozy living room for relaxing on the sofas, watching TV or reading. The bedrooms had both fans and air conditioners, but even though the weather was warm, only the fan needed to be used once in a while in the upstairs bedrooms before retiring for the night. A beautiful, quiet location close to both the center of town and the beach, perfect for shopping, dining and nice walks along the shore. We will treasure these memories for a long time and will certainly be back again. Highly recommended!

Warm, Family Oriented, and Fun Vacation Home

  • 4 of 5

This was our first time in Cape Cod and we chose Hyannis because it was recommended for families. There were a ton of family activities available. The property was within walking distance to town and to the beach. The beach was really nice for sitting and walking, flying kites, and enjoying the view. It was not the best beach for swimming, but there were other beaches within short driving distance, which were just lovely. The town home was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The owners were incredibly responsive, attentive and helpful to our needs. The only downside was a lack of privacy from the neighbors and they were pretty loud. It would be really nice to have a fence dividing the backyard to allow for a bit more privacy. Also, the back yard was not as well kept as we would like, but that was more on the neighbors side than on the rental. We will definitely be back to Cape Cod!!

Perfect house for a Cape Vacation

  • 5 of 5

This house was cute, clean and spacious enough for a family of 5. We loved how there were 3 bathrooms (although I was slightly disappointed none of them was an outside shower). Although the house is not right on the beach, it's a great location because it's a short walk to the Main St. of Hyannis with all the shops and restaurants and a short walk to a small beach. And if you want to visit a bigger beach, there are a few within a 10 minute drive (Craigville, Kalmus). We also loved how the house has a grill, fire pit and a working TV so if you feel like staying in on an evening and relaxing, there are things to keep you entertained.

The owner was great to work with and I hope to rent again next year!
