2 Bedroom 2 Bath Ground floor unit that has been 100% updated!

If you want to stay in a totally updated unit with new flooring, appliances, counter tops, bathrooms, fireplace, furniture, and with access to pool/hot tubs then this is the place for you. The unit is a 1 minute drive or 5 minute walk to main street (2 blocks from Maggie Pond which is the base of Peak 9) from this quite and tranquil setting which is perfect for just about everyone. Whether you are hitting the slopes for the day, shopping in town, fishing in nearby streams, or lounging by the pool and hot tub this is the perfect getaway! The pool is open all of ski season and then Memorial Day to Labor Day. In addition if you are needing additional accommodations or a larger home we also have a 5 bedroom at vrbo #259327.

The Master Bedroom has a King bed and full bathroom attached. The other bedroom has a both a Queen bed and Twin bed in it along with a full bath across the hall. Finally there is a Queen sleeper sofa with a tempurpedic mattress (so it is actually comfortable to sleep on!) in the living room so this unit can accommodate 7 people. The parking is a simple 50 feet from the front door and there is washer/dryer laundry facility on site.

Breckenridge has some fantastic properties that have many different characteristics. What this property has is real charm, this is private entrance property located on the ground floor which means where others have a balcony, you will have a yard space...much bigger. When we bought this place it was a little beat up so we essentially gutted and gave it new life with everything from appliances, counters, bathrooms, furniture, drapes and all the way down to new door knobs and hinges....nothing left untouched. This is a great unit in a great complex, I do not think you will be disappointed.

What makes this condo unique

Close Parking and 1st floor was important, who wants to drag there stuff up the several flights of stairs!

Easy to find, good parking, parking lot plowed when others weren't, everything worked. Might be a little confining for two couples, but great for a family.

Newly renovated condo with plenty of room and ideally located for ski and walks on main street.

Condo perfectly located at a walking distance to Peak 9 and main street. There is plenty of storage. The mattresses are of very good quality. The condo is very well maintained and looks as newly renovated. There is everything for cooking. It is located on the ground level so you don't need to walk upstairs with your ski equipment.

Wonderful Property

The condo is absolutely beautiful and modern! We enjoyed our stay there with all the comforts. We found some sleds and we had one of our own that we left there for next guests (total of 3) and went to near by park (google it) did some sledding. We rented our skiing gear at the entrance of Breckenridge (saved $$), when we ski, we took our skiing gear to River Run and unloaded then one of us drove back parked our car at the condo and walked back, still a little bit of a walk to Beaver Run but manageable if you are still young.

I was able to communicate with the owner and he always responded within reasonable time frame.

We did hear other guests, but they were loud and had music going on all the time.

Owner very helpful and easy to work with. Scott gave restaurant recommendations and even said if we couldn't find snow ( my daughter had never seen up close), let him know and he would direct us to somewhere in the area that she could see. Great time!!

Fabulous condo (the pictures don't do it justice) and great location!

The condo is fantastic. The furnishings are great and look even better in person. The king sized bed has a very nice mattress, as do the other two beds. My husband and I as well as our two daughters LOVED staying here. It was the perfect size for us. It is so convenient to everything on Main Street (very short walk) that we opted to eat every meal out instead of cooking :) (Empire Burger, Park and Main, Ollie's Pub and The Lost Cajun were delicious. However, the Crepe cart is NOT worth the (over an hour) wait in the long line, they burn them). Our favorite activity in Breck was taking the (free) Gondola up to Peak 8 and playing in the snow!!! The condo complex is small which makes it extra nice with not an over abundance of people around. We were able to park in front of the condo anytime we used our car. (A day trip to Vail Village is worth the 50 minute, beautiful drive). The laundry facility is very convenient to the condo too which was excellent. I have already recommended this condo to my friends and I will DEFINITELY book this condo from Scott again, he is GREAT to work with.
