BUT NO SMOKES, NO PETS...NO EXCEPTIONS

Condo is fully furnished and ready to go. It is located mid-island in a private gated community. It is ideally situated across the street from the ISLAND'S 3-MILE WALKING AND BIKING TRAIL and is adjacent to the ISLAND GOLF CLUB.

MANY AMENITIES ARE AN EASY WALK: 1. Lake Havasu Marina = 1/2 mile. 2. Free Boat Launch at Site Six = 1/2 mile. 3. Easy walks to (a) London Bridge Boat Channel, (b) London Bridge Beach, (c) Jet Ski/SUB/Boat Rentals and, of course, (d) the London Jet Ferry to the Casino across the lake (where they will quickly and happily take your money).

CONDO RULES AND RATES: NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO EXCEPTIONS. Responsible Rental Person must be 30+ years old. We prefer 4 guests. However, with our Queen Size Air Mattress, 1 additional sleeper could be accommodated. We have rates for weekdays, weekends and Special Events. See our complete rate chart by Clicking on RATES.

NAUTICAL ESTATES CONDO's are in a private gated community with a community pool and community spa. Rules applicable to this amenity are posted in the pool area by Management of the HOA. There is ADEQUATE car, boat or trailer parking on the East side of the condo and throughout the community. The best part...parking is free.

OTHER CONDO AMENITIES include: 1. A keyless lock for the front door (with your very own custom entrance code). 2. Secured 2-car garage. 3. Portable BarBQ (located in the garage, but must be used outdoors). 4. 3 TV's (living room and both bedrooms) 5. Cable TV. 6. Secured Internet Wi-Fi (be sure to bring your own LapTop, iPhone, iPad and charging devices).

DISCOUNTS. As a general rule, we do not offer any discounts from our standard, reasonably priced rates. As a "Thank You" for services rendered, we offer discounts to Guests who are: 1. Wounded Warriors, 2. Firefighters, 3. Military personnel, or 4. Law enforcement officers. Ask the Owner about these special discount programs.

Very nice place

My husband and I took our two grandsons there for a few days.

The home is very nice, clean , well maintained and in a great location on the island.

The owner was available for questions and was very helpful.

We recommend it and would stay again.

Could not have asked for more....

Clean and comfortable you feel right at home as you walk thru the door. The owners where easy to work

with and truly cared if you where enjoying your stay. We never stayed in Havasu before and now we wished we had, the city has everything. We had a great time and plan on returning next year.

The unit was fine, the Owner is great

This is the first time we stayed at this unit. It was clean, the description of the property is accurate and the Owner was very responsive in getting back to us. He was congenial and caring about the quality of our stay

NOTE RE: SLEEPS 6. There are standard bed accommodations in the bedrooms for 4 guests. Additional sleeping is provided via a Queen Size air mattress that may be used downstairs in the Living Room. I imagine the air mattress could be used outside on the balcony underneath the stars along with bugs, bats and other night critters. You decide.
