We have lived in the area for 25 years. We have always wanted to share our love and experience of Daytona Beach with others. We recently had the opportunity to do this when we purchased this beautiful condo. We feel sharing this with other people makes this possible.

Great stay!! Perfect for my family and I, We enjoyed the atmosphere!! Perfect location walking distance to Daytona beach pier, shopping centers and entertainment! The ocean view in the condo is amazing you could enjoy the sunrise and sunset from both balconies and out of all three windows! We will definitely return next year!!

Relaxing condo on the beach

We spent five nights at the lovely condo for bike week. The condo has been completely remodeled, was in a great location and close to everything. The owner and manager were very nice and made sure our stay was enjoyable. Thanks for letting us stay there.....we will definitely be back next year!

nice oceanfront condo

nice oceanfront condo with great view of the ocean and beach as well as the pool area and tiki bar. condo was recently renovated with wood floors in the living area and bedroom.plenty of room for 6 people.the condo has every thing you need for a nice vacation.owner and manager were both great to work with, would definitly stay again. lawrence f.

Biketoberfest

Our reservations were for the weekend after Hurricane Matthew hit. The week before we were do to arrive I tried contacting the owner Wolff and got no response. I reached out to building management and they informed me that there was minimal damage to the building and they were open for business. So we continued with our plans. We were scheduled to arrive on Thursday. I finally received a call from Wolff the owner on Wednesday to let me know his cleaning people would be there on Thursday morning and the unit would be ready before we got there that afternoon. We rode our motorcycles for Atlanta. When we stopped for lunch I had 2 missed calls and a text message from the owner stating there was an issue at the unit and that there was water damage from the Hurricane and that his people were working on getting all of the water out and had fans trying to dry the carpets out. Now we are nervous to what we are going to find once we get there. Wolff kept apologizing every time we communicated. When we finally arrived I was surprised to find 1 small industrial strength fan blowing in the condo. We checked the carpets and rugs and they were still wet. At this point we felt a little apprehensive. Wolff promised that someone would be back out the next morning to work on it some more. When we returned later in th afternoon all I could tell that was done was the fan was moved, he promised that building maintenance would bring in bigger equipment on Saturday and do more. When we returned on Saturday afternoon we found the rug that wa over the carpet in the living room was lifted up fo air to circulate under it. Finally my husband moved the rug outside over the balcony and it dried within a couple of hours. Long story short by Sunday when it was time for us to leave the living room area was mostly dry, the bedroom was almost dry but only because we kept moving the fan into that room. We spent most of our time out so the biggest inconvenience to me was having to always have shoes on your feet when you were in the condo. By Saturday a smell was starting to become and issue be luckily there was some carpet freshener there that I used. Location is perfect distance to Main Street for festivities and building staff was great. Would stay at the resort again.
