Warm living space includes a full bath with shower/tub, a king bed, a 3/4 kitchen (no oven / stovetop) and a convertible couch will help your stay in Evergreen be a wonderful one. The kitchen has a table with seating for 4 and the bar can seat 2 more people. The electric fire place adds ambiance for movie watching (no cable or satellite; no wi-fi, but solid cell service available for streaming data). Wonderful for relaxing with a cup of coffee from the Keurig and reading a book. At almost 8,000 feet elevation, does not have air conditioning. We are new to VRBO, so we'll do all we can to get positive reviews!
