Beautifully redesigned duplex in Central LA Location

The Space:

Guests will enjoy access to both up & downstairs units in this renovated duplex. Enjoy 2 kitchens, 6 bedrooms and 6 full baths. Each unit has its own entrance, and does not have any direct interior connections.

The exquisitely updated home has been redesigned with the finest features. Hardwood floors, slab counter tops and plush beds blend a marvelous combination of both luxury and comfort. As an added precaution, we have installed security cameras. For your protection, they are located on the exterior.

**Outdoor use of the backyard area must end by 11pm** 

We kindly request that trash be picked up and noise outdoors remain at a low level at all hours.

Rooms:

- Two Master suites boast a stunning bath that creates a spa like experience.

- Four additional bedrooms each include a queen bed; two rooms with luscious en suite baths.

- Air beds can also be provided for an additional guest in each of the rooms.

Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy the entire property, including the renovated backyard with outdoor seating and BBQ.

Found in one of the most centrally located and desirable neighborhoods of Los Angeles, guests will be within walking distance to the city's premier destinations including the Beverly Center, The Grove and LA's trendy restaurants.

Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica and Downtown Los Angeles are all a short drive away. (The beautiful tree-lined street is an added bonus!)

Getting around:

Driveway and front parking area provide plenty room for parking (2-4 cars.) Public transportation bus stop within short walking distance and the home can be easily found by ride sharing apps like Uber & Lyft.

Great decor and super clean!

Stayed at the Harper House with a group of 10 girls for a get together. Home was spotless and had plenty of room for all of us. Super comfy beds and beautifully decorated throughout!

Amazing home away from home

Our families had a fantastic time in Harper house. The location was close to the the Chinese theatre and Santa Monica beach and all the rooms were clean, spacious and we'll decorated. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Great location and stay!

Our family loved the house. It was very well stocked. The only negative, which we communicated to the property manager was workers arrived around 7:00 AM on Saturday that we were not aware of. Everything worked out, but it was a shock at first.

Hollywood living

Great big split-level house which was perfect for our large crew of friends. Beautiful house that has two full kitchens, multiple bathrooms, and a great patio in the backyard for grilling out. Driveway can accommodate at least five cars but it is narrow and you have to "stack" cars in because parking on road isn't option during week day. Great location--we walked to the amazing farmer's market, art museums, La Brea tar pits and quick car ride to Runyon Canyon for "hiking" in the city. One block to excellent coffee-Blue Bottle--and very easy to walk to other great restaurants and bars. Ash was really helpful with any questions leading up to our visit. Uber-rides to West Hollywood and night-time scene were $5.

Fantastic

The property is perfectly located in a very quiet neighborhood within walking distance to The Grove and The Farmers Market. It was clean and updated with lots of parking (4-5 cars). The directions given just before we arrived were clear and full of good details. The owners were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this VRBO if you are interested in being near Beverly Hills and West Hollywood with easy access to everywhere in LA. Great place!!

Very Beautiful and Modern

Beautiful and spacious home. Great location. This home was the perfect space for a large family to get together for an out of town wedding and vacation. Beds are Comfortable and home is spotless. Nice to lounge and hangout while everyone was doing their own thing. Lots of space for parking. Only downside was the neighbors, had complaints to the owners when using the beautiful backyard to have a family bbq/dinner...this was very chill, no drinking, partying, etc. just grandparents, parents, and children eating and talking, ended early, still got complaints. Another time, while everyone was loading cars and packing up to leave (Sunday afternoon around 5:00pm) neighbor yelled out window at family due to being loud for saying goodbyes and loading cars. A little frustrating when it's early outside and you have a large group in a big house and it's a family reunion and no one is being disrespectful or loud. But a small price to pay for such a beautiful home, pictures don't do it justice. Ash and Stevie are both very sweet and great to work with. Thanks again!!
