About the property

Dazzling Duplex Driving Distance to Dozens of Wineries

Renting with us you will find yourself at ease and entertained. Located in a quiet suburban neighborhood, this duplex is close to multiple wineries as well as 3 miles to downtown City Park. We are a pet friendly rental with Sherwood Dog Park only blocks away. The park also offers a beautiful, mythical play castle for the kids! Wireless Internet access along with direct connect Ethernet is standard in each room. Curl up on the sofa and enjoy the 55 inch TV watching a movie or play the Xbox360. Even though this is a one bedroom the living room converts into a private room with a sofa bed and memory foam mattress topper. Guests staying in each room have full kitchen and bathroom access without disturbing one another. The kitchen comes stocked with basic essentials to prepare meals. Enjoy a continental style breakfast with a fresh Keurig brewing system. Propane will be provided for your outdoor BBQ experience so you can take advantage of these beautiful Paso evenings, or you can just lounge around in the late afternoon sun playing one of the many board games provided.

About Sara Collins

We are a newly-wed couple who have spent the last year renovating this home from the studs to the finished product. We take great pride in the work we did so you can enjoy top of the line amenities in a home away from home. We have a sweet German Shepherd puppy, named Stella who loves other puppies. We frequent the nearby dog park and sometimes like to go play catch in the softball fields up the road. We're open minded, down to earth, and eager to please. We can't wait for you to see our home!

Why Sara Collins chose Central Coast

We love Paso for the easy summer nights and many options for entertainment. We are minutes from many local vineyards and even a local hot spring. The neighborhood is great because you are minutes from downtown, but far enough away to have a quiet evening. We also loved the challenge of taking the house from a fixer-upper to the beautiful finished product it is today.

Cute, cozy and pet friendly!

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I plus our 2 dogs (Guinness & Dublin) loved staying here. The bed was comfy, nice amenities (keurig, shampoo, conditioner, complimentary bottle of wine, osmosis filtered water in fridge, games, BBQ, Xbox... they truly thought of everything). I wish we stayed here longer so we could enjoy the little patio and BBQ! Nice dog park nearby and great restaurants all 5 minutes away. We went wine tasting on the 46 West which is a must do! We hope to be back soon.

Super cute, clean and pet friendly.

  • 4 of 5

This was perfect for a weekend stay. The unit had everything we needed and we could cook our own meals during our stay. Although it is located in older neighborhood, we felt comfortable and liked that it was close to local wineries. We liked that they were pet friendly and allowed our pup to stay with us. We would stay here again!

Small. But clean, comfortable, and a very nice unit

  • 5 of 5

The owner of this unit was very kind to us, accommodating a last-minute schedule change of ours. The unit itself is very well laid out, with all the amenities. Very nicely decorated.

Clean and well maintained. Quiet and close to everything we wanted.

  • 5 of 5

All was as advertised. Easy to find. Very clean and well maintained. Had everything you would expect, extra towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, bath soap, cleaning supplies, etc. A bottle of red wine on the table and a few assorted items in fridge and cabinet for a quick breakfast. Main room with big screen and Xbox. Wired and wifi internet. Nice sized queen bed and small kitchen. Fold out couch if needed more sleeping space. Was perfect size for the two of us and two small dogs to keep our feet warm. :) Gas grill outside but we didn't use. Host Sara didnt have guests coming in right behind us and allowed a late check out so I could finish a half marathon and not have to rush back. The extra hour was just what we needeed. Will consider for our next trip in the Spring.

Very Relaxing, Comfortable Stay at Sara & Dylan's Abode

  • 4 of 5

Sara & Dylan's duplex is a very well planned remodel of their home in a working class neighborhood 10 minutes from downtown Paso Robles. The space they've created is darling, meticulously cared for, and compellingly comfortable. It has its own parking space, private entrance, living room, kitchenette, bedroom, and bathroom. It was perfect for my husband and I to spend a couple days here visiting the coast and some wineries in the area. Altho' we didn't met Sara or Dylan, they were very accommodating and we knew we could reach them easily if the need arose, which it didn't. Thank you for the complimentary bottle of wine and a very enjoyable stay.

We proudly use a very powerful, low-capacity toilet to help save water during the drought. The bathroom cabinet contains lots of extra towels, paper goods, and cleaning supplies in case you have a need for them. Under the sink we have a hair dryer and extra soap for your use.
Bedrooms:
  • 1 Bedroom, Sleeps 4
  • Bedroom 2 - 1 sleep sofa /futon
  • The bedroom is a private room with a locking door and a queen bed. We have provided a closet full of board games, a small ironing board, and iron. There is a large Keurig coffee maker and a selection of herbal teas. The bedroom is carpeted and also has a small easy chair to relax and read. The second bed is located in the living room as a pull out sofa bed. The bed has a nice memory foam topper for added comfort and pulls out to a little smaller than a Queen size. There is a locking door on the living room, so that anyone using the bed can have some privacy.
