Renting with us you will find yourself at ease and entertained. Located in a quiet suburban neighborhood, this duplex is close to multiple wineries as well as 3 miles to downtown City Park. We are a pet friendly rental with Sherwood Dog Park only blocks away. The park also offers a beautiful, mythical play castle for the kids! Wireless Internet access along with direct connect Ethernet is standard in each room. Curl up on the sofa and enjoy the 55 inch TV watching a movie or play the Xbox360. Even though this is a one bedroom the living room converts into a private room with a sofa bed and memory foam mattress topper. Guests staying in each room have full kitchen and bathroom access without disturbing one another. The kitchen comes stocked with basic essentials to prepare meals. Enjoy a fresh Keurig brewing system to get your day started. Propane will be provided for your outdoor BBQ experience so you can take advantage of these beautiful Paso evenings, or you can just lounge around in the late afternoon sun playing one of the many board games provided.

About Sara Collins

We are a newly-wed couple who have spent the last year renovating this home from the studs to the finished product. We take great pride in the work we did so you can enjoy top of the line amenities in a home away from home. We have a sweet German Shepherd puppy, named Stella who loves other puppies. We frequent the nearby dog park and sometimes like to go play catch in the softball fields up the road. We're open minded, down to earth, and eager to please. We can't wait for you to see our home!

Why Sara Collins chose Central Coast

We love Paso for the easy summer nights and many options for entertainment. We are minutes from many local vineyards and even a local hot spring. The neighborhood is great because you are minutes from downtown, but far enough away to have a quiet evening. We also loved the challenge of taking the house from a fixer-upper to the beautiful finished product it is today.

Cozy and Cool!

  • 5 of 5

Our little guesthouse had just about everything we needed. It was a bit cozy with our three dogs, but we're always happy to find owners who are willing to accommodate our furry pack! Since we had a Saturday evening event, we were happy to stay in our comfy in the air conditioned rental. With Netflix available, we stayed cool and binge watched one of our favorite shows in the afternoon.

Definitely recommend. While it's a couple of miles from town, the property is clean, convenient, and comfortable!

Great place for anyone to stay!

  • 5 of 5

This was the perfect place for me and my dog during our visit to Paso Robles. Very clean and comfortable and included all the Amenities I needed. Kureg a big plus for that first cup. There is a dog park around the corner that had plenty of room to run the dog. Close to everything I needed, including Starbucks and groceries as well as local vineyards. The owners are awesome and respond quickly to emails. Not a single problem. GREAT STAY!

What a great little place!!

  • 5 of 5

It's so well organized to provide everything needed for our stay. The beds are comfy, even the pull out. The towels are top quality and there was a plushy throw in the sofa. Even though it's a small space, privacy is very possible for two couples. We loved it and highly recommend it. We will stay again and look forward to it.

Thank you Dylan and Emily.

Beautiful accommodations, quiet neighborhood and close to all that Paso Robles has to offer visitors

  • 5 of 5

Sara and Dylan are great hosts and provide a wonderful home away from home for us and our two terriers. They welcomed us with a great bottle of wine from Tobin James, and the duplex has all the comforts of an upscale hotel without the crowds and noise (huge plus for the pups). All the niceties are there. And the location is ideal for winery visits in any direction. We can hardly wait to plan our next stay. We've been passing the word on this gem to friends in SoCal. Thanks again, Sara & Dylan, for a memorable stay in Wine Country.
