Perfect location in Portland!

  • 5 of 5

My husband just spent a week at this wonderful property in August and could not have had a better time. We walked everywhere in Portland, there are so many trendy spots popping up in this neighborhood in particular. It was nice to not be on top of the hustle and bustle of the Old Port area, but could certainly walk there. Nancy could not have been nicer. She greeted us upon arrival to show us around and was always a text or call away. The spacious kitchen and living area was ample space for a big group, let alone a couple. Everything was clean, new and inviting. We cannot wait to come back! Thank you Nancy!!!

Great property!

  • 5 of 5

Great location - not far from old port, eastern promenade, observatory. Spacious and clean, hardwood floors, newer kitchen, plenty of drawer/shelf/closet space for our belongings - perfect for our family of four. Nancy met us upon arrival to show us the space and tell us about the area. Thankful for fans and downstairs AC unit, but still got a little warm upstairs at night; otherwise very comfortable. Would recommend and stay again. -Elaine and family

Wonderful House & wonderful location

  • 5 of 5

We visited Portland for 2 weeks and just loved our house in Munjoy Hill. It was a perfect location for doing so many, many things in Portland. We use a car for 3 of the days and the other days we walked every where. We walked to the water and path, to the downtown, many restaurants and coffee shops, to harbor where we took boat trips to different islands and just to see the beautiful Maine homes.

The house was great. The kitchen had everything and more that we needed. The living room was very comfortable and both bedrooms were just great.

Nancy was a wonderful host. She met us and gave us lots of good advise. I think we did just about everything she suggested. We called her once during our stay and she called us right back.

Even the weather was great when we were there!! We highly recommend the house, the location and Nancy!!

Clean and comfortable Portland apartment in a great location!

  • 5 of 5

I stayed here with my Mom for a week in the summer of 2016 and we had a fabulous time. She utilized the parking spot that came with the unit and I was able to park on the street at no cost. Every day I went for long walks along Western Promenade and we walked into the Old Port one night. The area is very hilly, so it was easier for my mom to drive into the Old Port and park there, but everything is so close. We enjoyed great restaurants in Portland and were easily able to access the highway for day trips to Waterville for a film festival and to Scarborough to go to the beach. I needed to be away for a night and felt very safe leaving my mother (74 yrs. old) in the apartment by herself. Wonderful place to stay for a fun Portland vacation!

About Nancy

My name is Nancy. I am a Maine native and have lived in the greater Brunswick and Portland area for over 25 years. My husband and I have enjoyed renovating this property and making it comfortable and functional for guests. Happy to answer any question.

Nancy purchased this townhome in 2010

Why Nancy chose East End

Love the location, the neighborhood, the hardwood floors and exposed brick walls. The living space is open concept so everyone can be together.
