Fully renovated in 2015, 14 Wagon Road in Sea Pines is a professionally designed home with open and bright kitchen, beautifully chosen colors throughout, updated bathrooms, screened porch and large swimming pool and spa. The beach is a short walk from the front door, and the central location makes it easy to enjoy all of the amenities and activities in Sea Pines Resort.

The single-level layout includes a Master suite with king bed, mounted flat screen TV and upgraded bath with separate sinks and large walk-in shower. A guest bedroom with a king bed and mounted flat screen TV shares a jack-n-jill bathroom with a guest bedroom with 2 double beds and mounted TV. The jack-n-jill bath has a double vanity and shower/tub combination.

The living areas of 14 Wagon Road include an open living room with sleeper sofa, mounted flat screen TV and adjacent dining area, perfect for family gatherings. The updated kitchen is part of this open area and includes a large center island with bar stool seating, stainless steel appliances, wine cooler, quartz countertops and built-in TV. A 3rd full bath serves the living and dining areas and those using the sleeper sofa, or it can be used as an extra bathroom for the bedrooms, and the large screened porch is located off the kitchen and dining areas. A laundry room with full-size washer and dryer is available for guest use, as is the garage for bicycle and golf club storage.

The custom-designed pool area is a vacation oasis! The screened porch is comfortably furnished and includes a mounted flat screen TV, and the large pool and spa provide countless hours of recreation and relaxation for guests of all ages. Spa heat is included with your rental and the pool can be heated for an additional fee. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water is installed so washing off sandy feet is a pleasant experience!

Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment.

Great house, great location and awesome spring break.

We had a perfect week at the house. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed for all our cooking. Decor was lovely. Nothing could have been better. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Very nice Sea Pines home within a close walk to the beach

We were very pleased with this home. It is very modern and has been beautifully renovated and decorated throughout. The owners have taken care to fully equip the kitchen and organize it for ease of use. We would definitely stay here again.
