Take advantage of all Coral Springs' amenities such as indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis and basketball courts, and a weight room. You are only 45 minutes away from Zion National Park and minutes away from our beautiful reservoirs, Sand Hollow and Quail Creek, which are ideal for boating, fishing, swimming, or just sightseeing. This condo is located in Hurricane, on the edge of St.George, at Coral Canyon.

This condo can sleep 10 people comfortably with a king in the master, a queen in the second bedroom, a full and bunk bed in the third bedroom, and a sofa sleeper in the living room.

This condo is located on the back side of building B, on the top level just a few flights up from covered parking. The condo is equipped with WiFi, cable, and a large covered patio that is fully furnished right outside.

Pleasant stay

Clean, large, nice condo overall. Spacious balcony. My kids loved the pools and hot tubs. Very quiet. There were definitely many families there, but I hardly heard any peeps unless I was down by the pool. Nicely situated when going to various parks. (Zion is lovely, but we were thrilled by the closer and way less crowded Snow Canyon State Park. Also, try the north entrance of Zion if you'd like to avoid the crowds. Just a 25 minute drive!)

One of the office staff was extremely helpful and friendly when I needed my boarding passes printed. One of the cleaning staff came to our condo by mistake to refill paper towels, etc., for the next group and caused me a bit of a panic because I thought maybe I'd checked out a day early by mistake. But then she followed up very quickly, texting me that it was all fine, her mistake. So - really attentive and friendly staff.

A few things in this condo could use fixing. The dining room chairs were hardly holding together and we felt unsafe sitting on them. As far as I could tell, the balcony fireplace was non-functional, which was too bad. (The switch was hanging off the wall with a bunch of exposed wires?) The last thing I would change (probably just personal preference) is the lighting could be better for cooking and reading, which is kinda what we do in my family. Probably not a big deal for some, but there was really not a great place to sit and read for one person, let alone several.

Really, though, I thought this was a great little hideaway for families - close to St. George (dinosaur museum awesome!), lots of great wilderness adventures, but a nice place to retire to. I was there with my husband, three kids, and their two grandmas, and I felt it was plenty big enough for us.

Wonderful stay

Nice Condo but Customer Service is lacking

This condo was very comfortable and a nice layout for my family to visit the area. Everything was going well until the hot water heater was not working twice in the three days we stayed. So half of the showers our family took were luke warm. My 7 year old had to take a cold shower because after she got in it turned cold and it was too late. She screamed and cried the whole time.

Then the property manager re-light the pilot second time and said he will wait until we check out to bring plumber to get this thing fix correctly. But plumber showed up while we were still in our PJs. They insist on staying to discuss/look at how to fix this for long term (replacement) while we were trying to get dressed/packing all inside the master bathroom/bedroom together. No privacy.

After the trip, I requested that they provide us with some concession to make up for the inconvenience as we understand sometimes maintenance issues arise. But we were very inconvenienced. They were friendly in responding at first and said they would get back to me right away with some solutions. After two more follow ups and they have not responded...I assume they hope this issue would just go away.

Perfect accommodations

We loved staying in a condo. It was all the comforts of home with the amenities of an apartment or motel. We loved the pool and the long hours it was open. We had privacy and all the comforts of home with protected parking. We felt safe, pampered, and free. We have great memories and will return. Vrbo was accommodating and friendly. I give Coral Springs my highest recommendations.

Pleasant and comfortable

The good:

1 A great location, close to parks and to shopping.

2. Well laid out, an amazing shower in the master bedroom

3. Very clean

4. Quiet, really enjoyed the deck at night

5. Easy to get in and out

6. Good parking

7. Had an issue with the drain in the bathroom, texted maintenance # and got immediate resolution

8. Beds were comfortable

The not so good:

1. The extra's were not of good quality, cheap dishes with chips - even buying Corel would be an upgrade. Cheap towels - bleach stained and thin. The pots and pans were also of the very cheap variety.

2. No instructions on how to operate the gas fireplaces - never could figure out the one for the outside and would have really liked to have that information in the information book.

3. There is a really odd button that is an add-on for the dryer that does not seem safe. The washing machine is worn out and very loud.

4. There is some wires just hanging out of a box on the wall on the deck from what may be the awning opening?

With just a few upgrades and fixes this condo could go from 4 stars to 5 stars. I would stay here again if I was in this area.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Refunds

All Cancellations are subject to a $75.00 administrative fee. A non-refundable processing fee of 3% of your rental rate will be added to each reservation.
Refunds may be made after condo has been re-rented and are subject to it being re-rented before 30 days prior to reservation.
Cancellation with in 15-30 day period prior to reservation will result in the forfeiture of your 50% deposit.
Cancellation with in 7-14 day period will result in the forfeiture of 75% paid.
Cancellation with in 7 days or less will not qualify for a refund.
Should the owner of any property elect to remove their property from our rental program, the guest shall not hold Red Sands Vacation Properties liable. In such an instance, the guest will be relocated to comparable accommodations determined by RSVP. Red Sands Vacation Properties LLC is not responsible for events beyond our control, e.g. inclement weather, maintenance issues.
