This newly refurbished 2 Bed/2 Bath condo is literally located steps away from world famous Rum Point Beach at the quaint condo development of The Island Houses.

There are 17 units in The Island Houses that wrap around the northern end of the Rum Point Lagoon.

The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful hence the name of this condo....Tranquility.

The neighborhood has very low traffic and the streets and beaches are very safe and nice for walking around and taking in the scenery.

Rum Point has some of Cayman's best beaches which rival Seven Mile Beach in many ways.

The area is more suited for those who long for relaxation and a slower pace of life.

The unit is approx. 1750 square feet with the living, dining and kitchen on the first floor and the 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor.

The open concept living area is very spacious and provides constant and inviting views of the outside through the large sliding glass doors that almost span the entire width of the unit.

The master bedroom has a King bed and there are 2 double beds in the 2nd guest bedroom. There is also a pull out sofa bed.

Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with tub and shower.

Each bedroom also has its own balcony which forms a part of the large screen porch at the back of the unit.

The porch area overlooks the property's well manicured grounds and beach and sits right at the end of Rum Point's famous bioluminescent cove.

The space is perfect for couples, a small family or group of friends.
