The apartment has its dedicated private access from the front of the house and is in like new virtually never used condition; ready to call home for a fortnight, month or a season or more. The apartment comfortably sleeps four with privacy for up to two couples (there is an additional charge for 4 adults staying in the apartment.

The studio apartment and ensuite bath is located via private interior access to our air conditioned garage along a carpeted runner to both the bathroom and the lakeside outside door. A separate full size washer / dryer for the apartment is also located by carpeted runner in the garage for the exclusive use of the second floor apartment as well as the first floor studio hotel style bedroom and bath.
I provide full linens, towels and a well equipped kitchen, small appliances, iron, hair dryer, ironing board as well.
Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside; however there is covered outside space for smoking at the apartment entrance at the front of the house, and anywhere else for that matter on our grounds and patio.
Outdoors you will find a patio table and seating for 6; gas grill, zero gravity chairs, beach chairs, paddle boat, 2 person kayak, fire pit and dock with cleats for your boat should you decide to bring that along.
This property is set back from the road with over 220 feet of frontage on Lake Sebring. My lot is professionally landscaped and maintained. There is a long dock that can accommodate up to a 24 foot boat which you are welcome to bring. (The boat launch is directly across the lake from our house.) Guests that have stayed my property share that they feel like they are staying at a resort!
