New flooring throughout, new paint throughout, new furniture, and new decor. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Reverse floor plan: Upper level - living area, kitchen, 1/2 bath, deck with bar height table and Adirondack chairs to enjoy the ocean view. Lower level - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, lower covered deck. Less than 200 feet to beach access. Kitchen table has seating for 7 and bar has seating for 5. Private outdoor shower with hot/cold water. Equipped with beach chairs and beach toys.

Sunday - Sunday Rental.

My family is local to North Carolina and we have vacationed at Emerald Isle for many years now. We purchased this beach home in April 2015 with my parents and have enjoyed decorating the home. We have 2 children. We enjoy family bike rides on the island, surf fishing, boating, and relaxing on the beach. With the family being so busy between work, kids playing sports, etc, Emerald Isle is the perfect retreat.

My entire family enjoys visiting Emerald Isle and we have vacationed there for as long as I can remember. we have been looking for a place that was perfect for us. It took quite some time before we found the perfect place, but we finally did! There is just something about being able to sit on the front porch and see the ocean while you hear the waves crashing. We are happy to call this our home away from home!

What makes this townhome unique

We fell in love with this home immediately! The ocean is right there, when you are standing or sitting in the living area/kitchen area you see the beautiful view. It always feels like you are at the beach, and we love that.

Great location and price!!

We loved our week stay in Emerald Isle-- it was Spring break and the beach wasn't crowded at all!! We could sit on the upper deck and watch the grandkids play on the beach. Even though it is a town house, our neighbors were not noisy at all

We loved our short stay in this beautiful home. The weather was nice. We loved the upstairs, so open and bright. A lot of windows to watch the sun setting and the sun rising. Views of the ocean and sound. Driving distance to the Ice House-great food. Good people to deal with. We definitely would love to come back.
